I have dental anxiety and have put off going to the dentist for years. I started going to this practice a few months ago and love it. They have all put me at ease and have always taken the time to explain things to me and make sure I am doing ok during treatment. With their help I have gotten my dental care back on track. The staff is unprofessional, they didn't address the only reason i went there and instead gave me other things to worry about. I scheduled and appointment and got an email verifying it and then I received another email saying my appointment was rescheduled to a later time (which I didn't want) which I can't make because of a previous engagement. I contacted the office to get this taken care of, and they didn't identify themselves and when I asked for a first name, they refused to do this and needless to say when I contacted customer service, they forwarded me onto the office manager who gave me the run around and made it sound like it was my fault. I had also called earlier in the week to give them my insurance information. When I called the office again, they asked for my insurance information because it was never recorded the first time around. This company needs to clean house and get things organized. Absolutely terrible. Wasn't called back till 45 min after my appointment time. Then took forever for Dr to come in. In 15 min I will have been here 2 hours and only have had trays done. The only nice person I have encountered so far is the girl who did my x rays. All of this waiting and still no resolution to my issue today. I had a bad experience. They made a partial that didn't fit . I had to have help removing it. I had trouble swallowing when it was in. Food would get under it . The dentist and the assistant argued about how to fix the problem. Now they have sent me an email saying I have already paid for services . I went in with my husband whom cracked his tooth at work . We call they said set up appt Monday but not to worry. We can walk in no problem for emergency visit. Called office in Nile's said fine drive all the way there after leaving work early and was told at 1:30 they are having a staff meeting for half hour come back at 3:30. I don't know where they got there ability to add but I said ooh you mean 2:00 I was told no 3:30. After we drove 25 mins there. What a waste. The staff was rude and looking around like didn't even want us there. We used yo go to the aspen dental in green and they were fabulous. But Nile's sorry to say are rude unprofessional and lack luster. If I could give negative rating I would. I work in medical industry, if we ever acted like this we would be fired. Sadly, I won't be returning to this company. As it stands, the place gets 1 star. The 3 is out of respect for the care I previously received there. Previously, I had an excellent experience. The doctor I saw was knowledgeable and kind. I felt completely safe with her. The rest of the staff was equally as kind and put me at ease. They were all also great with my service dog. However, I called in to get an emergency appointment due to tooth pain. It had been a little over a year since I saw them last. According to the staff member I spoke with, that meant I had to get a whole new general exam. For something like a dentist where many people are unable to go to yearly exams? That's pretty crappy. Yes, teeth can change a lot in that time, but it doesn't require a full exam and x-rays. You only need one of the problem area. The real issue I had was when they told me the doctor would have to look at the x-rays and then call me to have an extraction at a later date. Like...for real? I have NEVER had a dentist do this. I can understand if it was something more complicated than a simple extraction, but it's not, and I'm in pain. In the end, it just screams that it's all about money. Especially when you don't have dental insurance and they want you to buy theirs then or do a "loan" of sorts for dental work. No thanks. I was able to make a same day appointment with a brand new dentist. And, guess what? One x-ray later, I had my tooth extracted that same day. I regret having to write this review; however my experience may help others. The fact that this place is filthy, others have noted before me; the lack of professionalism is at its highest. I had my mouth measured, during which time they dislodged a porcelain cap from my upper teeth. It was acknowledged, but never did they offer the slightest measure to correct this. Having said all of the above, I must say, the two dentists working there astonished me with their protocols and procedures: for a none too sophisticated surgery procedure, they both worked on me, after the first declared that 'was all he could do'. And lastly, they offered me a partial prosthesis that did not fit for 4 months; it turns out it was not according to my measurements, but rather a standard one - if one may say so - used for any and all patients. In asking for a refund, as per very own advertisement ' not satisfied, your money back. This an outright lie. And lastly, they requested I bring back 'my prosthesis', thus confirming my suspicion that it was never made for me. I gave them one star, only because I cannot register my dissatisfaction with negative stars. Also their patient satisfaction number and email address do not exist. read more

The place is filthy. Mold in the sinks and I saw two cockroaches. When I brought up how dirty the place is I was told to leave or they will call the police. Never got to see a dentist after a 3 hour wait. DO NOT USE THEM for your own we..7-29-19 got a letter saying I'm not welcome at any Aspen Dental ever again.. They don't like people pointing out that there office is filthy .. So not only do they not care what kind of germs you set in while the make sure it gets in your blood stream they don't believe in freedom of speech.I had to laugh like I would ever go to one of their nasty hack shops again. The lab is "El Primo", the staff is professional and skilled; I have confidence in the Dentist. After some of these reviews I was looking around for bad and really only saw good. It's clean everything is modern. I would suggest Aspen Dental to anyone who appreciates their teeth. read more

I took my husband here because he was in so much pain and we didn't have a dentist to go to. They took him back and checked his teeth out. While back there one of the nurses was very outspoken and rude. He explained he was allergic to anesthesia and codeine when he was a kid. she rudely interrupted him when he was telling him what happens when he takes codeine. he told her to let him explain. They examined him, took x-rays and told him it was his wisdom teeth that needed to be removed and that his other teeth look pretty good. So they schedule him to have his wisdom teeth removed. We go in and I wait for him to come out. While waiting one of the gentleman in the back explains that he has to come back to have his other teeth taken out by an oral surgeon. Because his roots were hooked or rounded or something like that. My husband came out not in any pain cuz of the numbing shots they gave him. They handed him a prescription for the pain and sent us on our way. We get the script filled and look to see what they gave him and it was Tylenol mixed with codeine!!!! That night, he was in so much pain! The meds didn't hardly touch the pain he was in. I NEVER saw him in such pain before! And my husband NEVER complains about anything when he is in pain. The codeine didn't seem to bother him though. Our question is why didn't they see this rounded hooked root on the x-ray? They struggled to get the teeth they took out. Why wouldn't they just have scheduled him with an oral surgeon to begin with? I don't think we will be going back. read more

I had a fantastic experience. My original consolation was fair and honest. I had a tooth that need to be pulled and needed a cleaning, the cleaning was done by Mike (not normally in this office) and he gave my teeth the best cleaning ever. I was able to have the tooth abstracted and that went without problem or issue and was professionally done. The staff is friendly and it was a good experience. That being said they do need to return some of the money to the business as it is looking a little worn. read more

I have never been afraid of dentists, needles, drills, etc. but know many people are. There are so many people out there who fear going to the dentist because they: - Fear that the will experience a great deal of pain - Fear being judged or looked down upon for having dental issues - Financially they don't think they can afford it Fortunately, MOST dentists do NOT put their patients through pain, do not judge or look down upon their patients, and they work with their patients to make it affordable Unfortunately, Aspen Dental, particularly Dr. Baji is EXACTLY what many people who have a phobia of dentists fear. He DID put me through unnecessary, excruciating pain that was 100% avoidable, he did judge and look down upon me for have dental issues, and Aspen Dental did NOT save me dime, unlike Dr. Clouse who, because I don't have dental insurance, charged me FAR less than other dentists and allowed me to make payments. Please do yourself and your loved ones a HUGE favor and make sure that you and everyone you know who is looking for a local dentist to NOT go to Aspen Dental. There is a reason why they have such a horrible reputation, they have earned it many, many times over and I have gone down as another nightmarish example. Worst yet, from reading the countless other horror stories, my experience wasn't nearly as bad as the hell they have put others through. To get to the worst part of my nightmare of an experience, I showed up to have an abscessed tooth extracted as it was so infected that even though it came on just 24 hours prior, my face was already swollen up like a chipmunk. they took me to the back room, and the nurse put a numbing gel by the tooth. I remember thinking that she should be putting the gel on BOTH sides of the tooth but she didn't. I should have asked her why she wasn't. I signed a couple documents which basically relieved my doctor and Aspen Dental of any liability if they make any mistakes during the procedure. I also signed a form about my after care plan which the nurse said they would explain to me afterwards which, not surprisingly, never happened. Dr. Baji comes in a few minutes later, asked how I was doing to which I tried to lighten the mood and joke by saying how excited I was for this procedure. He said nothing return which created an awkward silence. He then grabs the needle of a local anesthetic (what most people call Novocaine which dentists no longer use) and began injecting the infected area with it causing instant excruciating pain that was so intense, I had an involuntary reflex and shock. I tried my best to sit still but the pain was unbearable, pain that was almost entirely unnecessary and avoidable. I know this for a fact because I had the root canal in this very same tooth by a dentist named Dr. Clouse who MADE SURE that I was completely numb before he injected me with the local anesthetic. He kept asking me, "are you in any pain?" And when I was, he would immediately stop, put more numbing gel on a q-tip and apply it to the areas he was injecting. He kept saying "we will make sure you're not in pain. We are in no hurry here." Dr. Baji, did nothing of the sort. Instead, he raised his voice at me commanding me to "sit still or it will get even worse!". Wow, what a great way to treat your patients. I have NEVER had a dentist or doctor treat me like this. He then injects the needle into the roof of my mouth where there where they did NOT apply ANY numbing gel, NONE, so this pain was even WORSE. He didn't wait for the injection to take full effect like Dr Clouse had done, he grabbed his drill and begin drilling the tooth and once again, due to the unnecessary, 100% preventable excruciating pain he was putting me through, I had a involuntary reflexive response which I tried my hardest to avoid. Did he stop and ask if I was okay and suggest that we wait a minute to let the anesthetic he injected to fully kick in, oh Heavans no. Once again, Dr Baji instead raised his voice at me like I was in the wrong and had control over the unnecessary, avoidable pain HE was inflicting upon me, pain that I have never had at a dentist, not even when I had my wisdom teeth pulled or my root canal. He basically commanded me to stop shaking and that he "especially" didn't want to cut himself. He continued drilling and finally the local anesthetic took full effect and the pain subsided. He removed the tooth, told the nurse to gauze me up, told me that Advil and Tylenol would be enough for the pain and left the room. He never went over my after care plan, never gave me a chance to ask a single question, he didn't even have the courtesy to say goodbye. I still dont know what my actual ailment was, what caused it, how to prevent it in the future, why extracting my tooth was the only option, all just to name a few of my questions and concerns. I couldn't believe how rude and unpersonable he was. I felt like on was on an assembly line and nothing more than a means to profit. read more

The whole staff was friendly and caring. It was the first time I left a dentist office with a smile on my face. I made my daughter an appointment for a consultation to get her wisdom teeth removed. The consultation went fine and we made an appointment for the extraction. When we arrived for the extraction we signed in and waited nearly an hour, during which time we were told the room was being cleaned. They finally called us back for an x-ray, which her dentist had already provided. Then we were shown back to the waiting room for about another 45 minutes. We were finally called back to the room for the surgery. At this time the doctor was going over her medical history and asked her height and weight, neither of which had changed in the 2 weeks since her consultation. When she gave her height and weight the doctor looked annoyed and told the nurse to "get the chart". My daughter is 5'11" and 220 lbs. But she was that same size at the consultation! At this time the doctor explained to us that he was not comfortable doing the surgery in office due to her size and told us he would be happy to do the procedure at Cleveland Clinic, with all the surgical fees that incur in a hospital and in about 2 months. I would like to mention that her identical twin had hers out about 6 months prior at an office across the street but we couldn't go there due to a change in insurance carriers. So, nearly 2 hours in and we still have wisdom teeth, a wasted day off from work and a very upset teenager. I called the next oral surgeon on my insurance company's website, made an appointment, returned for the extraction the next week and had no issues. I also would like to mention that I am still, 6 weeks later, waiting for the refund of the money I prepaid. I just called for the 2nd time to see what is going on and they are lookiing into it. read more

I have very bad anxiety when going to the dentist so i chose to go here because they give me halcion for appointments. i had a great experience getting 3 cavities filled. The dentist was very nice and understanding of my anxiety. My issue was that after 2 days i had terrible pain at the novacaine injection site so i made a follow up appointment. The nurse assistant lady told me "go down the hall". She was not specific in telling me where to go so i wandered down the hall and was told by someone else to sit in a chair which I did. The lady who originally told me to go down the hall came and said extremely ignorantly "go in there" as she pointed to a room while rolling her eyes at me very blatently. Its not my fault I didnt know where to go so why treat me like I am a moron? Especially knowing I have a nervous condition. I just left and went to urgent care. Clearly the skinny african american dental assistant doesnt mind being blatently rude to paying customers for no reason at all. I wont be back and wouldnt recommend this place unless you enjoy paying hundreds of dollars to be treated like an idiot. read more

Well I hope you aren't "fat" and getting your impacted wisdom teeth taken out here. If you are...you will not be put under and you will have to endure 15 incredibly painful novocaine shots. 5 of those shots jabbed into your hard pallet. I have a high pain tolerance and I was crying from these shots. When I first set up the appointment I was told 3 different things I needed to do to prepare for this surgery until I finally called, told them to pull my chart, and tell me exactly what was going to happen. But even that was still vague. I showed up the day of surgery took this medicine that was supposed to make me either loopy or tired...it did neither. I was wide awake and super aware of the surgery the entire time. After surgery, I went home and about 4 hours later was vomiting all my pain medicine and soft foods back up. I got sick all day, couldn't keep any pain meds down, was throwing up a lot of blood, called Dr. Krajekian on his cell, left a message and never heard from him. Ended up spending the night in the ER with an IV to help with dehydration, nausea, and pain. It's been almost 2 weeks since surgery and I'm still in pain (hoping to see my regular doctor tomorrow because I will NOT go back to Dr. Krajekian) and part of my mouth is still numb. He bruised my nerve, so badly that for 4 days I looked like I got into a huge fight. This has been the worst experience of my entire life. I DO NOT recommend Dr. Krajekian AT ALL!!!!! read more
