Big rip off, called and made appt to have tooth pulled, they wait till day before and tell me i need full xrays, talk to hygenist, talk to dr and set up a financing plan for all the work dr says i need. The hygienist was wonderful. The business side is shady. They say you are paid in full and then send you a bill. Doctors have negotiated fees with insurance companies, they have "estimates" , then charge you that full amount when the insurance does not. They are just out to get your money, go to a local place. Am being told to get a refund for the dentures that I paid THOUSANDS of dollars for because they REFUSE to make new ones that fit. Not about to spend thousands more to get dentures from another dental office. These people are CROOKS and SCAMMERS and the most deceptive trade practices ever. Keep in mind I'm not the type of person to write reviews but this process has been horrendous Went to get fillings done about a month ago said I had 2 cavities so they start to do the numbing injection gave it about a good 10 minutes to set then came back they started drilling and instantly started feeling pain. It began to get very uncomfortable.and the pain proceeded through the whole process.i started to move because I felt discomfort. They told me that they were almost done and that there was a lot of decay. They then proceeded to take the dental probe which is the tool they use to check for cavities and started to scrap out the decay. Right after there was a throbbing in my gums and tooth. A couple days after still, couldn't chew food on that side. They said they wouldn't recommend both cavities be done on the same day because there was a chance of me biting my lip. The second fill in wasn't bad at all took no time was quick easy painless I told them about my concerns on my last fill in (about the sensitivity and pain) they put a gel on it (which helped) Now, my deep cavity has gotten worse my whole jaw is swollen it's been about 5 days of non stop pain throbbing from my nerve so bad it's keeping me up at night I've only had 2 hours of sleep in the past three days haven't been able to eat without me having a meltdown. All of my teeth are sensitive and the tooth pain has gave me migraines keep in mind this is almost A MONTH after the filling every time I touch the tooth it's a stabbing pain in my gums. Lastly, I would like to say that all the ladies were very nice people and they were understanding about me having my AirPods in (drilling noises make my very nervous and mess with my anxiety) read more

First of all, an hour wait. Then, my husband may have seen the dentist all of 20 seconds. Came there to have a tooth put back in, and 3 hours after his scheduled time, they left him alone. Never fixed him up, and all he heard were the women gabbing and laughing in the office without a care in the world. They were quick to suggest dentures, but couldn't discuss price because the computer was down. Worst kind of service ever. Never coming back. RUN!!! I am only giving 1 star because they don't have a negative 5. I called for an emergency appointment and when I arrived at 915 for a 940 appointment. I didn't go back until 11 to do X-rays then sat in the chair and a hygienist came in to do a oral cleaning plan! I told her I was there because I was in pain not to get a cleaning! The dentist then came in at at 1145 and said that I had to set up a cleaning plan! She then said I need a root canal and a crown but because I didn't have an emergency appt she could do anything! I told her when I called it was for an emergency appointment! She said that was the call centers mistake I asked why someone when I checked in at 915 did tell me that?? She said she would have to defer me out for the root canal she said she knows how but doesn't do them!! I would let my dog gets it teeth brushed at Aspen Dental they waste your time and then when the office manager spoke with she again tried to up sell me and charge me for things my insurance covers . I know this and have the paperwork that I sent to United Concordia which told me that that was not even close to correct!!! Going there is like being held up without a gun!! read more

Run!! Very unprofessional. It's the Bottom of the barrel for dentistry! I should have known there was a good reason that you could get right in for an appointment or cleaning. Tried to charge me $75 for my daughter's preventative cleaning that is covered 100% by my insurance and kept insisting that it was not their charge, but insurance's charge. Continued to treat me like I didn't understand them rather than admit that they had obviously put something in their system wrong. Checked my plan when I got home and, of course, cleanings are covered 100%. Based on their attitude, bet I still get a bill. read more

Very nice staff. What turned me off was them wanting full payment to win put me on the schedule for a procedure.

Wanted to charge out of pocket 850.00 to clean my teeth with insurance it was around 1600.00. Went elsewhere and they Cleaned my teeth and it was covered on my insurance. read more
