After a month here my new fillings felt wrong, it hurt to bite down and I had 2-3 days of strong toothache pain across my whole upper toothline. Unfortunately with no insurance, and just barely starting a job, I was very worried I wouldn't be able to find anyone to fix it. After googling around, I found a coupon on their website for an inexpensive exam and xrays and made an appointment, thinking if I needed work done I'd just find out how urgent it is and try to schedule it after a month or two. I'm a doctor, and speak from experience - not only did they do a thorough history and evaluation (especially for such a great price), they also did xrays and showed me photographs of that area of my molars so I could understand the situation. Technology has improved a LOT since I left the states to work overseas, so the digital xray camera, and photos were amazing to see. The absolute best part, which is important to me as an ethical healthcare provider, was that they didn't immediately tell me a list of problems and work I'd need done (that really didn't need to be done - we've all been there, right?). They assured me that my fillings were fine (the Dr overseas did a better job than I'd worried about); explained that the configuration of the filling wasn't what I'd misunderstood them to be; that I could floss easily (I hadn't been, because I'd thought the space between the teeth closed off); reassured me that flossing should help mitigate my issue and the pain... It took 3hrs round trip and they lied and said that's a cooperate website so I called main line, they said they don't have a corporate that handles that, each office is their own but I looked under Sioux city website where I got their number and it says same day dentures. I just called the Panama city FL office where I got my first set and they do same day! I went here because of this it cost me $240 to take the day off if I had known they don't do same day since this was my sole reason for going to them. I would have found a local dentist! Now I get to go back and spend another 3hr drive and all day wait for them to finish them and another $240 out of pay so instead of $1244 it's costing me $1724 out of my pocket do they care NO!. I don't recommend because the only thing they told me was "Well we can cancel you dentures" I do not recommend because of their we don't care we false advertised to you ain't out problem kind of attitude! Now I get to spend another week eating soup. Oh then they said I may have to come back for adjustments at another $240 I am still very ticked at this! When I'm done I won't be back!
