received my dentures 10 months ago, tooth fell out in July, when I picked up my repaired dentures I commented loudly in the waiting area about the poor quality of the product. 4 days later I received a letter stating that I can no longer use their services. Now 4 months later this happened! insurance won't pay for another set for at least a year! so I am hosed!!! if you need dentures DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!! I recently visited your dental office and wanted to share my experience with Joesph (the main dentist) the front desk lady nor the manager Adrianne Owen's wanted to assist me. After making my other half cry twice I will be mailing photos of the 3 staff members and our concerns to all of Robertson county residents to warn all of what could happen to them. While I appreciate the importance of quality dental care, I was disappointed with the customer service. The staff spoke to me in a condescending manner, almost as if I were a child, which made me feel uncomfortable and undervalued. I believe that customer service is just as crucial as the dental care itself, and I hope management takes this feedback seriously to improve their service to there customers. As a result of this experience, I will be seeking another dental provider. I would have wanted to discuss my concerns about the level of service I received and how it impacted my overall experience with Joesph but i was told to leave the property. It would have been helpful to share specific feedback about the issues I faced, such as the communication problems and the need for better patient support. I also would have wanted to understand if there were any steps being taken to improve these issues in the future, as well as express my desire for a more personalized approach in patient care. In the very beginning when, I first started going here, they were okay. As time went on I noticed they always wanted me to change my appointment. The first time you know fine, I deal with that but all the time now it seems odd to me. So what's the point of making appointments if you constantly going to change it anyway? I set up this appointment 6 months ago and now the day before you call me to change the appointment. you was not going to tell me the reason why I had to reschedule my appointment until I ask. it's not my fault that your coworker has a different schedule and plus that should have been established a long time ago because that was the same story you told me the last time before. Then you told me the next available appointment will be in June. then I told you I will call you, you told me to hold on. Next thing I know you telling there is 7:00am opening and couple of other openings. I found that to be strange. I said okay to 7:00 one but unfortunately I over slept and I missed that 15 minutes window mark and this was my first time ever being late to the dentist. Hopefully this was my last time going to Aspen Dental by the Grace of God. I already know the staff doesn't care, just as long they get paid. I was referred to Alpine Dental by Humana as a chosen provider. I went for a 6 month cleaning. From the moment you are taken for your x rays you are being sold. I was told I had 3 cavities ..not true. I was told I had bone loss. I am 73 years of age I am sure I have bone loss. I just wanted a cleaning. After 2 hours an 3 people trying to sell me "Deep Cleaning" I ask for a standard cleaning. A woman who was their office manage came in a told me they would not clean my teeth with out me paying for "Deep Cleaning". This place is a scam mill. Humana should be ashamed sending it's clients to this type of establishment. read more

I was able to get an initial exam and x-rays the same day! The staff are very professional and eager to help. I witnessed a customer being extremely vulgar and disrespectful to one of the desk attendants, and she was apologetic and sweet even though the customer wasn't. The only good thing I can say is most the people that work there are really nice. I needed an upper denture. Seems there is only one Dentist there so you really are not able to see him. My denture from the start would not stay in at all and felt horrible. I went back time and time agin and they never got them right. I was told one price. Now a year later with the denture still not fitting where I can actually eat anything and keep them in even with adhesive they send me a bill for almost $700 bucks and expect me to pay that for something that I basically can not use the way a denture should be used. I would not recommend going there if you need dentures. From what I have experienced they don't seem to know what they are doing. They may be ok at other simple things but see someone else if you need teeth or anything more extensive. Very very disappointed read more

Not funny... Y'all left me unable to chew food... I talk with a lisp.. real bad... I'm not happy with the service I received from the doctor... I tried talking to you.. you said you could thin my dentures the day I got them... Guess who I didn't see that day??? Dr. Joel... Had me sign a paper that I had to pay more money for adjustments... I didn't want to sign that paper but Dr said that permission for them to make my permanent dentures... Now I'm left with teeth that hurt... Because I was giving unnecessary surgery on my upper gums... Not giving up I will fight for what I paid for... 8 grand is a lot money... To start this review I would say the staff were well groomed and welcoming. With that out of the way I would like to dig into the nuts and bolts about why I chose to address my visit with a negative, nearly hostile review. I have never been to a dentist where they needed to take an x ray of every tooth. That is exactly what they did to me. I needed to have a cleaning done but they couldn't do it the same day as x rays. Another first for me. They brought in another so called professional who checked my gum health and gave a report to the administration desk. They told me they can schedule a cleaning for a week down the road and say I need a root canal, and a cap along with gingival cleaning. I gave them my 2 insurances when I got there so they had time to know what was covered. My insurance covers 100% of cleaning and periodontal work, caps and fillings. So imagine my surprise when they told me my I have excellent coverage for both my policies. My total would be around $4,500.00 and my out of pocket cost would only be about $430.00. my first response was I shouldn't have any out of pocket because these services are covered at 100% with both coverages. I ask what was not covered and why do I have these out of pocket cost. She went on to talk about the recommendations from the dental examiner. I had had enough dancing around the billing questions so I ask for the itemized billing. There I found out they recommended an electric tooth brush that they were charging $160.00 for and when I ask about it she studders through an excuse of recommended. I'm sure, especially when I can get a similar one for $20.00. then an expensive mouth wash with a 200% markup. After that $86.00 for scaling which is supposed to be covered. When I told her scaling is covered then the charge changed from scaling to gingival cleaning which sounds like cleaning, not periodontal. Which should also be covered. Of course these are all recommended except them gingival which I have to pay for out of pocket because it's allegedly not a cleaning but not periodontal either. It's something in between but not covered under my insurance. At this point I'm done. Determined to leave and give them money of my money and let an honest dental company get the insurance money. Next time don't over reach for a couple of bucks and don't push your team to up sale what clients don't need. You could have made 4k but now you get nothing except x ray money! read more

Literally the worst experience I've had. I scheduled to have my teeth CLEANED. The day prior, I confirmed the appointment for the exam/cleaning. I show up and wait a lengthy amount of time to be seen and do the x-rays and exam...Then after finally asking when we will be getting on to the dental cleaning aspect, I am told I have to come back another time ("maybe next week" according to staff) for the cleaning because someone didn't schedule me correctly. Total lack of respect for my time and the fact that I had to make arrangements for my children. Very unprofessional staff.. I won't be back! read more
