Dr Mark makes sure that your mouth is completely numb before any work is done. He also rarely lets an appointment go for over an hour, which is great. They guided me through every action and he even waived the emergency visit fee. Which was greatly appreciated because I don't have dental insurance. They handled me with care and he does have soft hands when administering the injection to numb my then Big head to endure the 2 extractions I needed.
