Pulled out soiled clippers to start, I called it out and asked for a sterile pack. She seemed annoyed, walked away for 2 seconds then came back with what APPEARED to be a sealed pack and proceeded to pretend to open it in front of me. HOWEVER, I noticed the exact same tarnish spot on the "fresh" one as the spoiled one. Dangerous and disappointing. I can't remember her name but it was the older woman who did this.
