Spoke with a gentleman on the phone who was NOT HELPFUL.I had explained it was difficult to come and pick up my sleep apnea testing equipment due to time restraints. I live in Shadle, work on South hill, and they are in the valley. I work weekdays 7:30 to 4:30. I was met with I would just need to take time off. I had not met this person but spoke to him a couple times. Each time he was abrupt and borderline rude. I will look for help elsewhere, even if it takes longer. Called in for quote prior to scheduling anything and was told an amount that I would have to pay. Never disclosed any other fees and confirmed with my that this is the total it would cost me to do the sleep study. I paid this amt at the time of my appointment. 1 Month later I got another bill for a copay to see the doctor. Called to pay that amount (cause they apparently don't have any way to pay online) and the gal told me that there is ANOTHER bill coming in. Told me that this is so they can have another company read the results. Told her I was never told this at the time of my quote or my appointment and she said that they are suppose to but don't always do so. read more

You have to pay 3 different bills for 3 different Drs then pay aspen itself , 3 months later and still getting bills

Had a appointment for 5 months dr called in sick now I have to wait another 3 months unacceptable.
