We had raccoons under the overhang on our roof. They installed a one way gate (upside down at first) but didn't take into account that the pebbles on our tar and gravel roof would keep the gate from closing securely. I had to explain to them that they needed to add small wooden spacers to allow the gravel to fall through between the gate and the roof and not block the gate. In all it took an extra month before they realized this and the raccoons were finally evicted. Plus I was charged for work (securing the soffits) that was not done and only when I pointed this out to them did they revise their invoice. read more

The Aspen team took the time to explain the process, sealed all entry points, and made sure the bats wouldn't return. They arrived on time, worked cleanly, and followed up to ensure everything was resolved.
