They collected detailed information and were responsive early on. - Resume writing was the strongest part -- the final resume was well done and worth it. - Communication was unclear: I was not told upfront that only one meeting/revision with the resume writer was included. - The job search service did not match expectations. - Most jobs suggested did not align with my experience, preferences, location, or qualifications. - Recruiters mostly seemed to use LinkedIn only. - The only non-LinkedIn opportunities submitted were jobs I found myself. Overall, good resume support but disappointing job search results for the price.
