If he sees something he doesn't like or feels wasn't done correctly, he has no problem telling his crew to rip it out and redo it until it meets his standards. That level of attention to detail gave me a lot of confidence throughout the project. Another thing I really appreciated was how organized and respectful they were of the property. Every day when they finished work, they made sure everything was cleaned up and their tools were organized in one designated spot instead of being left scattered around the property. Not once did they leave the place a mess, which was very impressive considering how long the project lasted. The project took about eight months to complete. Like with any construction project of that size, we had a few misunderstandings along the way, but Eddie was always easy to get a hold of. He was very communicative and always took the time to answer questions and explain things when needed. Something else that I liked was that whenever Eddie had to step away from the project, he would leave one of his sons in charge on site. I hired Jairo to remove a dishwasher and replace it with a cabinet. My appointments had to be…read morerescheduled a couple of times due to issues relating to the cabinet crew but Jairo kept me updated, which I appreciate. He brought several of his cabinet guys for the job. I liked that he was overseeing their work, pointing out issues and had them addressed. As for the cabinet itself, the color isn't an exact match but it comes close. I didn't noticed at the time that the cabinet didn't come with a back panel, which leaves my dirty, ugly original wall exposed.
