They use all the right distraction techniques to ease the nervousness that comes with new experiences like x-rays. The office is very clean, and the TV on the ceiling, friendly colorful environment (gifts after appts) is a great touch. Everything runs efficiently, and I've never had to wait at any of our visits. They do so well with my child, taking the time to talk to her directly engaging and distracting her appropriately through the exam so she doesn't get overwhelmed, while also keeping me fully informed. They explain any concerns clearly, provide tips / OTCs I can use at home, and point out things to watch for on the horizon so we can catch issues early. I really appreciate that balance of care for both child and parent. This office has consistently been a positive experience for us, and I believe the people/care here are absolutely worth the trip.

I brought my 3 year old son here for a second opinion 2 weeks, well actually 10 days after visiting another pediatric dental practice (which I will not name). After rushing through his exam the other pediatric dentist informed me he had a few cavities and recommended I schedule him for some fillings in 2 weeks. That sounded pretty aggressive to me so I came to Blooming Smiles for a second opinion. The office at Blooming Smiles was modern and clean with a cool and interesting lite wall with colorful pegs. My tot was instantly drawn to it (so was I). The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The examination area is a childs dream. I also loved the toothy stuffed unicorn. Dr. Arpita was warm and kind and seemed genuinely concerned. I explained to her why i was dissatisfied with my son's previous dentist and what my concerns were, and she addressed each one. Dr. Arpita confirmed that there were cavities forming but they were in the beginning stages and there was no need for any procedures yet. She informed me that we should continue to brush and observe and reassess in 6 months. She assured me if a procedure needed to be done then she would give me all the option. Oh and best of all they use a laser and not a drill dig out the cavity! I was so relieved. So thankful. I have found my sons new dentist!

If someone has an appointment booked DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE WEEK BEFORE TO SAY ITS CANCELLED especially when it was booked months out. Do what you gotta do and make that accommodation and don't try to be a smart ass with it cause your services already suck as is. If a child has been coming to you since they were one and now they are turning four you should be able to see them in the afternoon since you cancelled their morning appointment. Talking about since kids ages 0-5 are anxious in the afternoon. Girl hush, is it not better for a child to be seen in the afternoon then not at all because once again YOU CANCELLED all 3 of their appointments the WEEK BEFORE EVEN WHEN IT WAS SCHEDULED MONTHS AGO!! On top of ALLLL of this. Office staff members have NEVER been welcoming to my children. They also have to ask for a toy while all the other kids just get one.
