His tone, demeanor, and facial expressions came across as irritated and confrontational, which made the interaction very uncomfortable. As a long-time, loyal customer who has consistently supported and recommended Premier to family members and neighbors here at GP, I found the experience extremely disappointing. I simply requested additional attention to an area where I was still having problems, and the response I received felt dismissive and unnecessarily argumentative. Her crew came out and did a perimeter spray and treated the baseboards inside with stuff that's safe for pets, which was a huge relief. The treatment worked perfectly. I didn't see a single ant for eight months. I just called them back out for a preventative spray, and Maria was able to get them here the same day for the exact same price as last year.
