A really great option for sellers when listing their homes! Realtors are smart in their industry and very helpful!

Century 21 Price right Property management is a Absolute Slum Lords We rented our house over the…read moreinternet because we could not view the property. We moved in at the end of November of 2019 When we got the Keys and started the move in we could not because the house was filthy and had not been cleaned at all We had to hall out 4 lawn and leaf bags of dirt and Debreu we had to wipe down the walls cabinets because they were still dirty from the Last tents there were holes in the walls and doors and they were not small ones ether they were the size of some ones fist all thru out the house with in the first couple of weeks of being there we found out that the Dishwasher stove Garage door were all broken and not working the garage door acutely fell on me and my son there was smoke alarms that were missing and did not function at all (it was not just a simple battery problem either) on top of that the Biggest issue is that half of the house had major electrical issues that made it extremely unsafe and Kept the power out in half of the house So I filed a trouble ticket with the rental agency no response we waited 4 days with no response and then the heater went out in the dead of winter with snow on the ground so I filed another trouble ticket and then called them and told them that it need to be fixed asap and if I had seen the property before we rented it I would not have rented the property Because it was in such bad shape it took them 4+ days before we had tech come out and had fix the heater Needless to say They don't like to fix anything and just mark the trouble ticket completed without doing the work the stove still does work garage door is still broken I had to fix the major electrical issue and install the smoke alarms myself so my family would be safe Century 21 does not take care of their properties at all from what I have seen and that is just the start of it. It took them over 53 days to get us our deposit back and when they could not Charge us for any damages to the property They made up a charges trying to say we owed for the sewer water and garbage even thought I closed out all the accounts and had a Zero Balances and had the account ledgers from the city of Orofino to prove it we are to the point that we had to hire a attorney to sue them to get our deposit back I would not recommend Century 21 Price right Property management to anyone

My electric bill was outrageous because the heating system was incredibly fouled up. I brought this to Century21's attention multiple times and nothing got done. When I moved in, the "yard" was in disarray, covered in wood scrap and concrete. Then, when I moved out,i was charged 80 dollars for that "yard" (I'm sure it looks the same now that it did when I left.) To top things off, the property manager let herself in one time, without invitation or notice, thus violating WA state landlord tenant law, as well as civil law (breaking and entering). It just so happened that I was home at the time when she did it and I caught her red handed. I spoke with the manager today and she told me that I'd have a good reference and could always rent again with them.... Fat chance of that happening. Avoid at all costs, especially if Sherry or Leah is still working there. I only wish I'd left there earlier... Stupid lease kept me in for 6 months, but as soon as the lease was up, I was gone.
