I had a very disappointing experience with Associated Accounting and Violet the owner in Tomah, WI. Throughout my time working with them, I encountered multiple issues with invoices containing incorrect information. When I reached out for clarification, I was told they were unsure why the invoices were incorrect, which was frustrating and concerning from a bookkeeping standpoint. I thought this was CPA not a guessing game wizard. Additionally, QuickBooks services were discontinued for my business without prior notice, which caused disruption and unnecessary stress. Clear communication is extremely important in accounting services, and I did not feel that standard was met the owner Violet. When I called to discuss my concerns, I found the conversation to be extremely unprofessional and unhelpful, lets not forget hung up on when hard questions were asked. I also requested documentation showing proof of invoices paid and unpaid, but that information was not provided to me because she was unsure. I do want to note that when Sonnet was working there, I never experienced these issues. Communication was excellent, everything was handled accurately, and I felt confident in the services being provided. Unfortunately, my experience changed significantly after that. Overall, this experience left me feeling unsupported and dissatisfied. I would encourage ALL others to ensure clear communication and documentation expectations upfront before engaging services.
