The company sent out an appraiser who showed up late, whipped through our home and barely looked at our suite. Said company ends up firing employee and we, the customer, end up paying to do their job, ie, sending in pictures, answering questions regarding the suite, etc. Never bothered to send another appraiser to finish the job, but relied on the "fired" one to complete it. Then the receptionist lady, who we will refer to as "S" has the nerve to give me attitude when I phoned to enquire about WHY our appraisal was late and when we could expect it to be completed to send to our broker, oh, and then charged us FULL price for a sh*t show appraisal. There are plenty of other reputable appraisal companies to use...go there....
