I can't say enough about Dr. Bourgeois and her staff. I was interested in an eyelid lift. After speaking with her she suggested we try Botox rather than jumping directly to surgery. She will explore all options available. I did end up with the eyelid lift procedure on both eyes. The results are amazing. I was explained the process in detail and the day of surgery was a breeze. No way!! Dr. Dean did the absolute worst procedure on my implants and lipo!! I had to seek advice from another dr to fix what he messed up! I have had a roller coaster of a few years with the mess up from him! I saw him several times after each appointment and the answer was always "wait until the year" and it'll even out.... NO IT DID NOT!!!! It never will. Please do not see this man for anything! I want to raise flags before you accept treatment. 0 stars if I could. read more

HORRIFIC experience. My surgery was appx nine years ago now. The flags to this not being an excellent place to consider a breast augmentation began at the front door. The staff was rude and dismissive. Dr. Dean was professional and transparent in his communication, which I appreciated. However, in general, the nurses and staff could care less that they were in a clinical setting, and their job demands both tact and care. They lacked both. I woke up under surgery. They managed my surgery under IV drugs rather than general anesthesia, hence my absolute horror in feeling 40% of my procedure, with little to no ability to speak out (due to medications used.) Recovery was a joke. I was jolted awake, people very abruptly and with little to no care for my pain, carted me to my husband's car and shoved me out the door. I was in horrible pain; my right breast developed capsular contraction quickly after surgery, which can be commonly observed; however, due to the carelessness of my general experience, I wonder about their sterilization technique (or lack thereof) in the surgery suite. I am going in for emergency surgery in just two days as one implant has ruptured, to add insult to injury. I needed to know the size of the original implant (a straightforward and simple task), so I called in. First, the phone rang and rang with zero voicemail. I called five times in a row, and it hung up on me each time. Eventually, a female answered in a tired, irritated fashion, "Dr. Dean's office." There was no introduction, zero customer service, she had apathy, and nothing you want in where you expect precision and excellence to be served. She interrupted me to say, "you need to talk to Nicole." Again, zero tact and zero customer service. She sent me straight to Nicole's voicemail, where Nicole is recorded saying she will get back by COB. I felt assurance that my inquiry would be resolved swiftly; however, no callback was received by last night. Today, May 20, 2022, I called in, and Yolanda answered. She also lacked utter respect and certainly possessed zero customer service skills. She interrupted me countless times during our conversation. She refused to lift a finger to help me with my situation as she stated that Nicole was the only person who could look up my information, and she was out till Monday. I alerted her to the urgency of my matter, to which she replied, "there's nothing I can do." I am 42 and have been in customer care in a clinical setting nearly my entire life. Where there is a will, there is ALWAYS a way. It cost her no effort or time to emotionally connect with my predicament and be a decent human and offer to call Nicole or ask a doctor present to find the information. It was a 5-minute long job. She hung up on me after I shared that I felt this was an inappropriate response, and she was refusing to help me. She then tells me, "I'll try to give Dr. Dean the message before he leaves." Again, this is an emergent situation, and this is the response she's choosing to have? She calls me back to confirm my name. She doesn't say hello, instead she bullies her way to the info she wants, ignoring my question, "does he have the time to call me today?" And best of all, she hangs up on me AGAIN. She calls for a second time with no information. They apparently purged my file 2 years ago. I asked to be put through to the office manager to share this incredible failure at addressing a customer's needs, but Yolanda said the manager is Nicole. Nicole is both the office manager and head nurse? I find this entire operation to be questionable and concerning. Hopefully, my review will help guide others away from an all-around, HORRENDOUS experience. read more

She is the absolute best whether you're looking for filler, botox, or something more permanent (I've had all of the above). Any time I've been seen by her I felt like I was talking to my friend who just so happened to be a plastic surgeon. She is warm, friendly and always professional. My experience getting both Fillers and Botox with Dr. Bourgeois was absolutely 5-star! As a first-timer to both procedures, I was admittedly a little nervous that it would hurt or I would hate the results, but I now realize that I had nothing to worry about on either front. When I was thinking about getting a breast reduction to alleviate my chronic neck pain, I asked my gynecologist for a recommendation and she suggested Dr. Jenna Bourgeois. She said Dr. Bourgeois was new in town, had recently completed a plastic surgery residency in California and was probably trained in some of the latest and greatest techniques. I scheduled a consult and immediately loved Dr. Bourgeois. She made me feel so comfortable right away and told me about a technique she uses which leaves more fullness at the top of the breast for women in their 50s, like me. Plus, her "before and after" breast reduction pictures were gorgeous. Since I believe it's always wise to get a second opinion before any major surgery, I did that too. I was honest with the second doc about getting a second opinion and asked if he would have any reservations about using Dr. Bourgeois (mainly because she is young). He said, "Absolutely none." My gut told me to go with her. Everything about my interactions with her office staff and nurse was wonderful and the person who files with insurance got my procedure approved for me in less than a month. When I was nervous a week before the surgery and somehow came up with a list of 15 questions for Dr. Bourgeois, she called me and spent as much time on the phone with me as I needed. She eased my mind and made me feel so confident in her abilities and the techniques and medicines she would be using (yes, my questions were that detailed). It's two weeks since my procedure and I could not be happier with my results. My surgery took 90 minutes at Women's Hospital and less than three hours later, I was home, resting comfortably in my own bed. I had no external stitches, surgical tape, glue or drains -- all things that have caused pain or allergic reactions in other women I know who have had reductions. Dr. Bourgeois does three layers of internal dissolving sutures and wraps you up in antimicrobial dressing and a surgical bra for a week. My recovery so far has been speedy and uncomplicated and I only took half a Vicodin the first night and then was able to transition to regular Tylenol. I'm kind of shocked I had no bleeding and almost no drainage from my incisions and my neck pain improved almost immediately. When Dr. Bourgeois unveiled "my girls" I was thrilled with the results, and literally every day they get more beautiful. I can't recommend Dr. Bourgeois and the whole experience at Women's Hospital Outpatient Surgery enough. I went to see Dr. Bourgeois for a breast reduction and she did such an amazing job! She was very professional, kind and honest. She informed me of all my options before I made my final decision and after speaking with her I knew I was going to be treated with the utmost care.
