This is great, I don't want to pay $85-$100 just for someone to come a take a look at my garage for 5 minutes. I think this consultation fee is mainly to get people into using the business. Russell was upfront with the cost. He gave me the estimated cost for the best and worst scenario. Their prices are not the cheapest on the market, but I'm willing to pay a bit more for the quality and an honest business. The entire water softener + water loop system were installed in an afternoon. Everything works well so far. I'm happy with their service.
