Just had an amazing massage with astarte. I found her online; my instincts told me she was the right healer for me and the session was all I hoped for and more. She did some fantastic deep tissue work into my shoulders that was quite intense, but she has the gift of knowing just the right touch and feeling her way into the tissue, so that even very deep work is never painful. I was in Santa Fe New Mexico on business recently and I ran across Astarte's advert on Craigslist. I sure am glad that I did. I got tossed in an awkward position in my martial arts class and I needed to get the blood flowing and the kinks worked out. I have had massages all around the United States and she was one of the best. She came to my hotel and was early. The first thing that struck me about her was her eyes and her beautiful long black hair. I only had cash for 45 minutes, plus a small tip, but she did an hour anyway and didn't charge. She isn't a clock watcher like so many places. She does not have contracts and hidden fees like Massage Envy or some of the other chains that have outrageous rent to pay. If you want to pay $10 dollars for a quick Chinese massage go ahead and throw your money away. If you want a very integral, deep, rejuvenating, invigorating massage, that is on par with Esalen Massage then she is definitely worth your time. I will call her again when I'm back in Santa Fe or Albuquerque. read more
