Before I contributed some capital ,I asked all the pertinent questions I thought I should ask :
1. How long company has been in business.
2. Price
3. Price
4. Quality of product and longevity of product .
5. Price
6. Price
7. Procurement
Sadly the product failed rather quickly a lot quicker than what was anticipated( FYI these things cost a small fortune to buy and replace) and product did not last no wheres near what saleswoman ensured me it would ,she had stated a year possibly more . !!! try just shy of 6 months and had 1/3 fail within 3 months that was just start up use not full daily schedule . I will say this they did send 11 replacement (single ) bungee , they have failed . It's been around 6 month mark and all but a few are left . Over ELEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS spent on these . In fact the Fast talking partner/ investor who's excuse for alleged failing product is it was used too much ? If The product was used less then it would last longer ? My head still hurts from that statement . States money is not in the bungees (obviously) as it's in making the harness and other stuff . That statement right there tells me there totally aware and are just waiting for phone to ring to give a bs speech about wear and profit margins . Might work on some dummies not this guy . Anyone would or should agree most of the budget should be all about the bungee making and quality !! w/out bungee what good is rest of equipment . If they lasted a year or more like stated I would not be here posting . Do not BS the consumer. I could buy that fall protection equipment and mounts from any rock climbing store for more than 1/2 to 3/4 of the price !! I checked before I invested . Sales woman's testimony to this product was so strong and inviting. Reason #7 on my list . Was informed two emails later by her she had left the company ? Huh did she get fired ? Totally understand company needs to make money but this is a little disturbing to me as a contributor .Has profit margins and ROI based off no rent/lease payroll and only 20 classes a month at 20 dollars a class How the f##k . I have the email!! Not even identifying there may be an alleged issue with alleged design of product . You have to have at least 200 classes a month here in N.Y. Just to survive !! Just to survive !!!!! Was told I should invest in ground based equipment after inquiring about longevity of product a bunch of times .i did go on there chat form and asked the same old questions they knew it was me they even said i was trying to bait them . have screen shot some of that as well . I do have pictures of what I believe is why these are allegedly failing so rapidly . I cut them open and it's pretty apparent why.I will release these pictures and all emails as soon as I am advised that I can do so legally with out any legal back lash from wholesaler and no more stress to be put on the consumer who has been struggling with this while working two full time jobs and has never published/ posted anything negative about this company .. She has a number of clients for bungee fitness even has some tv personalities involved for positive flow . I am going to reach out to these same people for the negative as soon as I get legally advised I can . Just to let everyone know , people lose money on investments every day . I have and will again I'm sure of it ,so on that note it's not about the money as much as the lack of compassion/ business ethics even charisma this company eagerly awaits to flaunt to there consumer after the sale , wow !! . That's what's pissing me off .I normally wouldn't pursue something so aggressively but this one i am . Do I have better things to do with my time? I sure do ! I gave two stars 1 for the business and 1 for saleswoman because there was some truth to the way the saleswoman presented the program that in fact have worked but felt she knew of alleged product flaws while dealing with consumer .
