What a great place!! My friend and I were in Cape Coral on vacation and wanted to try a different workout and this fit perfectly! Patty and Aaron tailored the workout to our level of fitness and challenged us! They let us choose the music and I don't think we stopped laughing while we were sweating the whole the time. We had never done a bungee workout before but they clearly explained how it worked and ensured we were safely connected. They wanted us to have fun and get a good workout in! May 2024 I am so fortunate to have Patty as my personal trainer since 2016 due to having MS with such spasticity to work through and get stronger as she had helped me over the years Well In February, 2024 I had four stents placed in my heart in an emergency situation So had to wait to return to my bungee training. Well, I'm back! I had developed so many spasms and so much tightness throughout my whole body due to having MS since I wasn't working out with the bungee. Patty knows how to start from square one with me even after all of the years I've been coming to bungee and working with me to get to my fullest capacity at a pace as a personal trainer that she knows I can advance. I cannot believe how much better I feel just with the stretching that I can do on the bungees. I can't wait to get back to my full bungee workout with Patty as she knows how to help me work through And get to my strength back to my best capacity possible. I can't wait to keep moving moving and moving. Thank you Patty so much for all you do for me. I don't know what I do without you as my trainer. April 2023 Patty's personal bungee training by her guidance, motivation and understanding of MS (Multiple Sclerosis) learning with me over the past 6 yrs. has tremendously helped me by focusing on exercises to promote my strengths to gain muscle control and decrease the spasticity in my extremities by the stretching exercise plan on the bungees. Patty also has helped me gain my strength and mobility back safely while making a bungee workout program for me after a knee replacement and neck surgery. Before I contributed some capital ,I asked all the pertinent questions I thought I should ask : 1. How long company has been in business. 2. Price 3. Price 4. Quality of product and longevity of product . 5. Price 6. Price 7. Procurement Sadly the product failed rather quickly a lot quicker than what was anticipated( FYI these things cost a small fortune to buy and replace) and product did not last no wheres near what saleswoman ensured me it would ,she had stated a year possibly more . !!! try just shy of 6 months and had 1/3 fail within 3 months that was just start up use not full daily schedule . I will say this they did send 11 replacement (single ) bungee , they have failed . It's been around 6 month mark and all but a few are left . Over ELEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS spent on these . In fact the Fast talking partner/ investor who's excuse for alleged failing product is it was used too much ? If The product was used less then it would last longer ? My head still hurts from that statement . States money is not in the bungees (obviously) as it's in making the harness and other stuff . That statement right there tells me there totally aware and are just waiting for phone to ring to give a bs speech about wear and profit margins . Might work on some dummies not this guy . Anyone would or should agree most of the budget should be all about the bungee making and quality !! w/out bungee what good is rest of equipment . If they lasted a year or more like stated I would not be here posting . Do not BS the consumer. I could buy that fall protection equipment and mounts from any rock climbing store for more than 1/2 to 3/4 of the price !! I checked before I invested . Sales woman's testimony to this product was so strong and inviting. Reason #7 on my list . Was informed two emails later by her she had left the company ? Huh did she get fired ? Totally understand company needs to make money but this is a little disturbing to me as a contributor .Has profit margins and ROI based off no rent/lease payroll and only 20 classes a month at 20 dollars a class How the f##k . I have the email!! Not even identifying there may be an alleged issue with alleged design of product . You have to have at least 200 classes a month here in N.Y. Just to survive !! Just to survive !!!!! Was told I should invest in ground based equipment after inquiring about longevity of product a bunch of times .i did go on there chat form and asked the same old questions they knew it was me they even said i was trying to bait them . have screen shot some of that as well . I do have pictures of what I believe is why these are allegedly failing so rapidly . I cut them open and it's pretty apparent why.I will release these pictures and all emails as soon as I am advised that I can do so legally with out any legal back lash from wholesaler and no more stress to be put on the consumer who has been struggling with this while working two full time jobs and has never published/ posted anything negative about this company .. She has a number of clients for bungee fitness even has some tv personalities involved for positive flow . I am going to reach out to these same people for the negative as soon as I get legally advised I can . Just to let everyone know , people lose money on investments every day . I have and will again I'm sure of it ,so on that note it's not about the money as much as the lack of compassion/ business ethics even charisma this company eagerly awaits to flaunt to there consumer after the sale , wow !! . That's what's pissing me off .I normally wouldn't pursue something so aggressively but this one i am . Do I have better things to do with my time? I sure do ! I gave two stars 1 for the business and 1 for saleswoman because there was some truth to the way the saleswoman presented the program that in fact have worked but felt she knew of alleged product flaws while dealing with consumer .
