Tiffany was very nice and patient. She made sure that I had all of the answers before proceeding with the tattooing. It's about an inch tattoo on my arm, so it only took like 15min. The pain was manageable without any numbing cream. It was more intense when tattooing over some scars. I followed Tiffany's instructions on after care and everything went smoothly. But considering we went to her to mark the year my healing began, it was extremely important to go back to her to commemorate what I was celebrating that day - the official end to my breast cancer journey. Let's face it, walking into a tattoo parlor for the first time can be intimidating. Coral, the owner, is really sweet and immediately put us at ease, and made us feel welcome. The tattoo artist, Rodney, wasn't there, but Coral showed us his portfolio and gave us his cell phone number. I have to admit I was a little hesitant after seeing Rodney's portfolio. He is a talented artist but his entire portfolio was black-work, and I wanted bright and bold colors. Luckily, Rodney called and we set up a consultation appointment. A week later, Rodney showed me three designs he had drawn that were exactly what I wanted - a large and colorful three-toed Japanese dragon with cherry blossoms that wrapped around my shoulder. My husband was so impressed that he had Rodney do a Japanese octopus on his arm. Both tattoos are absolutely amazing. I can't speak highly enough about the whole experience.
