I got home, set up the phone he screwed up the transfer on, and found out the amount he said I would pay is far less than they than I am being billed now. Avoid AT&T no matter what the liars promise. On a side note, they say you can cancel up to 30 days after purchase then want to bill you a weeks pay in fees and more. Use Verizon, Pure Talk, or anyone other than AT&T.

I had a very difficult time activating services and had to call the prepaid customer service/tech support line multiple times to finally get my cell service active and working. My renewal price switched from $240 to $300 and I was told by one representative that because I didn't stay with the number that ATT provided, the $240 deal was no longer valid. The only issue is that the number I was given and is shown on the eSIM activation card is still the same number that I'm using. I was never given any other number nor did I change a number. The online deal only states that it requires the purchase of an eSIM or new phone and activation of a new service, which I did both. I purchased an eSIM and switched from Verizon to ATT. This is the type of bait and switch tactic that is going to deter me from keeping ATT next year. I was able to reach another rep that looked into my account and has seen all the issues that I encountered trying to switch service. He informs me that the renewal will be at $240 but I'm not convinced because my account is showing the renewal price of $300. It was originally $240 on Oct 17th but changed to $300 when I checked my account on the 18th.

    This company has engaged in misleading practices, including inaccurate information and false…read moreadvertising to secure a sale and gain a new customer. I never received the promised payoff for my Verizon devices, resulting in a $900 balance being placed on my credit report. I have already contacted my attorney regarding this matter. Additionally, I am unable to exit this contract without being required to pay for the AT&T devices, which is unacceptable. This experience reflects extremely poor business practices, and AT&T should be held accountable.

Markie took the time to listen to what I needed and address my exact needs without trying to pressure me on something that I was not interested in. My time spent there was very well worth it and I now see why a Trusted name like Sam's Club welcomes and opens there's doors for T-Mobile to conduct business with there customers. As we all know at Sam's club you get the best deal for your hard earned Money so it was no Suprise after spending some Time with Markie why Sam's club has teamed up with T-Mobile hands down and reputation speaks for itself so if your current provider is not making you feel like anything more than $$, I suggest you go in to Sam's Club & allow Markie to invite you to be part of the T-Mobile Family. No answer so I called the other location to be told they would get in touch with him I waited a few more minutes and called him again. He answered this time and told me he was at home in bed and wouldn't be in until 11:30 and that my iPads screen was ordered on the 5th (the day I was due to be picked up) and he didn't have it yet anyway. I expressed my displeasure with his business practices and that was that He called later in the day to say he was there and the iPad was ready for pick up. He did have a new case on the iPad at no extra cost but all of this could have been avoided with communication and showing up to work and opening the store when he was supposed ! He also pushed me to leave a good review but I'm sorry this was one of the worst experiences with customer service for a relatively expensive service. As for the work it seems ok right now but I will update if that changes

    These people have no problem at all in leading you to believe that your former account is…read morecompletely paid off and transferred over to someone else in good standing. They are perfectly okay to go literally MONTHS on end without contacting you in any way or for whatsoever--no phone calls, no text messages, no emails, and no postal letters. They are cool in lying by omission by not contacting you and causing you to let your guard down, and think that everything is cool on their end. Then, one fine day, you get a surprise email from them, telling you that you still owe $289.17 on an account, and it was due and payable 3 weeks ago. Then, after you physically go into their office and pay the bill, they are perfectly okay to send you a threatening letter via postal mail. This postal mail can falsely accuse you of not having paid your (surprise) delinquent bill. Also, this harassing and threatening letter may well claim that they are planning on turning your name over to to a collection agency. Verbatim, their threat is as follows: "If the balance is not paid immediately, CDE Lightband will transfer the past due balance to your active account and is subject to termination immediately. If there is no active account, CDE Lightband will refer this debt to a collection agency, which could affect your credit rating." It is quite amazing, isn't it? They reserve the right to keep you completely in the dark for literally MONTHS on end with no communication whatsoever. Then, MIRACULOUSLY, they obtain the ability to send you both emails and postal mail, and they act as if it is a code red Federal state of emergency, and start threatening you. In a great ironic twist, at the bottom of their threat letter, they write the phrase, "Continuous Dedication to Excellence." Get it? CDE? What a blatant lie and a sick joke. It should say "Constant Deflection and Evasion."

When selecting the cde app, I'm always asked to enter my password and the app starts prior to entering information. What is the purpose of this requirement? There is a box that pops up stating an "update"; however, it then says "app not installed". Looks like there are possible security issues at hand.
