So after a year I needed one to be replaced. Contacted Belkin and they don't carry these "lifetime" protectors anymore. Went to Verizon (Juban Crossing where I purchased products) and they tell me the "don't cover 3rd party products". So basically I was sold or scammed for $130 of lifetime products that weren't "lifetime", Even worse didn't even last a year. Epic fail Verizon at Juban Crossing. I should have received better service considering I have been a loyal customer for 15+ years. I expected better from what I thought was a reputable company. As for "Belkin" I contacted them and received a supervisor that fix the situation. Finally a company that stand up for their product.

The email never arrives, but the 1st email to confirm the process came to the email. But Verizon quickly took my AT&T phone with a credit of $800.00 that was applied no where on my account. I have filed a complaint with the FCC. I will be contacting a lawyer that deals in consumer law. Do not fall for the lies. I am coming across several people that I know that were scammed also.
