When I went back to complain about the black spot on my screen plus other issues I was now experiencing, they said they couldn't do anything about it because the technician applied the screen protector out of courtesy. They would not budge to help me in any way except buying another new LED light screen even though I had a one month warranty. Stay away from this business because they will not honor any warranty and they will not stand by their work especially they messed up.

Especially considering I called a different cell phone repair shop up the street (which is frickin impossible to find, btw) and they quoted a battery replacement job would be $25 if I brought in my own part. Premier on the other hand, replaced a battery plus a full screen assembly all for the low, low price of $35. Both the parts were mine. Many moons ago, we had to replace my son's screen on his old iPhone 7 for $80, sans part. I'm not sure how it would rate now, since prices fluctuate depending on the latest iPhone models and all that. But I would imagine if you have an older model cell phone, the repair cost will be cheap. I'd recommend purchasing your parts on Amazon ahead of time, as they tend to be cheaper there. The main thing this place probably needs to work on is their front desk service. That poor girl has to work the customer line all by herself and it takes ages! I mean, the place is fine when you're the only customer in the store. Get more than 3 people in there and you're gonna be around for a while. It says a lot if I have to wait 15 minutes just to pick up a phone. Anywho, it seems previous customers don't know what a middle ground is. Because that's where I'd rank this place. While they're not exactly the speediest when it comes to customer service, their turn-around time for repairs is usually 1 hour, which is pretty damn good. They even have free in-store WiFi.
