We ended up switching to Brightspeed. Now vyve won't come get the line out of our yard, and our lawn service cannot cut our lawn. They also charged us a whole month's subscription and has us in the system as still connected, although we turned in the equipment. They're so crooked! I'm glad we switched! The messed up part is they sent us a work order saying they removed the line and it's still sitting in my yard. I've been here all day and no one has come.

This feels deceptive and dishonest. Be careful -- WOW! adds extra fees without clear consent and makes it difficult to get straightforward service. I do not recommend them to anyone.

Saturday, I was taking an old satellite dish off the house and evidently messed up my internet…read morewhile doing so... (my wife and I have been working from home so getting our WiFi back working was critical) I called WTCEL and spoke to George. Nice guy, very polite and helpful. After running through some quick and basic troubleshooting it was evident that he would need to send someone over to check it out. George said they would have an attendant call me the next day to set up a time to come look. But it wasn't the next day...it was an HOUR later I had a WCTEL worker at my door. He was very polite and quickly figured out the issue. He had my internet working correctly in less than 45 min from the time of arrival. In total, my internet was down maybe 3 hours before WCTEL had dispatched someone and repaired it! AMAZING. These guys are worth every penny. Top notch service that I will NEVER stop recommending.
