DJ was kind over the phone, then extremely patient and helpful when I came in with a problem that did not result in a sale for his store. He was a shining example of customer service. read more

I would not recommend going this store upon walking in trying to get someone to look at cellphone to figure out if the ring profile was turned on silent by a grandchild accidentally. But before the employee even touched the phone or really anything he cut me off saying "we don't repair phones". When trying to explain further he had an unprofessional demeanor! To which we left the store and came to Walmart and was met with the nicest guys who looked at the phone and discovered the problem and assisted in helping with fixing the problem. The Walmart employees informed me that we are not the first costumers to say how rude and unprofessional the ATT people were!! read more
