We needed to replace our phones screen protectors because we paid for "unlimited replacements "for myself, my husband's and my daughter's phones! Before I even said the different kind of phones I needed replacement for , the sales person said oh we don't have them !! So why do they offer this type of promotion or service when we buy our phones ?? He did not offer to order them for us or explain anything , the only thing he said was " we don't have them , ever since we got the 17 we stopped carrying everything else !! Ok.... Hello everyone, I recommend NOT going to this AT&T store. Why ? Because apparently Mr "Diego" was too lazy to do us an upgrade service on our lines. To begin with we was there an hour and 45 mins before they closed. We were making our decision on what phone to upgrade too it didn't take us no more then 10 mins to make a decision!! I asked them nicely to give us couple minutes to decide so after about 3-5 mins we made up our mind and after that we were left unattended. we waited for someone to help us. After about 30 mins Mr "Diego" decided to help us. We asked if they had the iPhone 15 Pro in stock (which we already had asked another employee and said yes lol ) he said right away oh no we don't have it in stock but I can double check. He had said I just came from the back so we don't have it until he left again to check and all of a sudden the iPhone 15 pro appeared lol. He then said I have good news and bad news . Good news I have both of the phones you guys want and bad news is that we need to delete and back up all your stuff and it's already time to close. So we got upset and said why it took so long to attend us if you guys had about 3 employees walking around talking to each other? Long story short he was just lazy to do an upgrade because out of that upgrade he don't get commission lol DO NOT BUY ACCESSORIES OF ANY KIND! That's how they get their commission trying to sell stuff you can get for cheap! Horrible service! I wish this wasn't the closest AT&T to me. There's not enough workers for the amount of people in the store. The sales people appear to be doing their jobs with the people they are assisting. I hear them explaining different things to the customers they are helping. You have 2 more people that could help, but one is a "greeter" and said "she has to stay there." So why is the security guard also there greeting. The AT&T greeter has a tablet to takes people's names down as they come in. But no one has come in in the past 20 minutes my family has been standing here to get assisted. She's a waste of space at the moment! My dad said que chinguen a su madre! LMFAO! I'm never the type to write reviews but after being very patient with costumer service for 3 hours calling this store calmly for further questions was very upsetting. After calling another store near and letting them know I appreciated how nice they were when I'm who should be rude and mean after being on the phone for hours. Let me begin by saying that this review is not meant for AT&T as a company it is for the service I received at this retail store location. I moved services over from Verizon recently and had problem after problem with the move getting pushed off back and forth between retail store and calling AT&T custom service for various reasons. After speaking with customer service about the fact that my Apple Watch was not set up on my account (after another individual at a retail store supposedly got it set up for me previously) and them telling me that I needed to have the retail store get it set up (for 1 hour and 15 minutes) I ended up back at a retail store... The reason why I am giving this review is because of the service I received from George C at this retail store location. He spent 2-1/2 hours with me working with me at the store and getting on the phone with AT&T technical support himself to get the issue resolved. He did it with a smile on his face; very pleasant to work with. It was refreshing that he took the time to work it out in store with me instead of just sending me back to call support myself again. Before anything let me point out I love AT&T, I love their service, I love their ONLINE customer service... Now with that being said, whomever is in charge of their "authorized dealers" really needs to get in touch with this particular location. There was probably 10 people "ahead" of me according to the girl standing at the front door greeting everyone walking in; she also mentioned that there was only two customer service reps at that time. Now if she had time to give me the whole speech about how I was most likely going to wait for an hour an a half, why not ask me why I'm there and try to help instead of raining on my parade right from the start?? Mind you I was just there to replace a SIM card. Anyway, I decided to be brave and wait for a bit... Fast forward to 30 minutes later, another girl that was sitting behind a desk in the back finally came to ask what it was that I actually needed; a SIM card! She quickly advised she couldn't give me one because she would need to call customer service to install/activate the card. Really? What ever happened to good customer service? I went in for an upgrade, was "helped " by this guy named Elmer. Not only was he rude, but also very unhelpful and didn't demonstrate any knowledge regarding the phones. Took him a good 20 minutes to look for the phone I wanted and just looked like he didn't want to be there. I asked for assistance on returning a charger I bought at the Att website after being told by a rep I could return it at any store. Outside of her the rest of the staff have the potential to give exceptional service but decide on being lazy and letting the 8 hour work day wind down while you stand there wondering why you have AT&T in the first place... We opened our account for over a month ago and we couldn't be any happier with this carrier and store. We tried going to the store in the city of South Gate and they weren't very helpful. They made it seem impossible for us to switch and we had 6 new lines to activate. We decided to go to the one in HP since it's a much busier store and we were right to come here. They looked up every option for us to pay the least amount of money up front for switching over. We were there almost all day but the girl Catherine was very patient and made sure everything was done correctly and precise. Will recommend this store to my friends. I came in today just for a billing question and Lupita was very helpful and sweet. She took her time as well. This store has all but happy workers I say. These people are very manipulative. They work on commission and it shows a lot. Mom and I came here to buy 2 new iPhone 12 Pro Max to replace our older iPhone versions. The First Lady we met with, Claudia, was nice but so pushy about a promotion that my mother did not want. We spent about 30 minutes hearing Claudia talk about promotions and discounts that my mother didn't care for. My mom was beginning to get confused and flustered. Eventually my mom said very bluntly that all she wanted was to buy the new phones. As Claudia finally starts the transactions, some other guy comes up and starts pushing that same promotion onto my mom again. Who even is this guy? I have no idea. My mom kindly says no AGAIN. Finally we have our new phones, but Claudia decided to give my mom the promotion anyways leaving my mom paying for an extra line she never wanted. Rude. She also tells us we have to leave behind our old phones, didn't tell us why and at this point my mother and I were so confused and frustrated we said okay, thinking it was maybe just a "I'll hold onto your old phones while you think about keeping or not keeping the new ones" kind of thing. Claudia tells us we have 2 weeks to return the new phones. We come back within the 2 weeks to return the phones and get our old ones back. BUT, the lady helping us this time, tells us our old phones have been shipped out and basically don't exist anymore. Again these phones were older versions, fully paid for and belonged to my mom. I have absolutely no idea why they did that. My mother and I had never heard of such a thing before because normally when you have FULLY PAID phones they BELONG to YOU forever. But no, they took our phones and got rid of them! Now my mom and I are pissed. My mom very bluntly asks the lady what she is going to do to fix this. What phones are they going to give us in place of our old ones and I swear, these ladies looked at US like we were the crazy ones and literally said "No. Nothing. We can't give you anything." We end up having to come back the next day to return the new phones because now we have to back up our iPhones (which takes a few hours) instead of transferring over everything over WiFi which is what we did the very first time. All because they took, no, STOLE our old phones. So we come back the next day and this time they have us meet with ANOTHER different person. And Bless this man because he did his job well. I forgot his name. I think it was Devon. He helped us out more than those ladies ever did. He did not ask unnecessary questions, he did not bother us about promotions and upgrades, he was not pushy and manipulative. He asked my mom what she needed, she told him we wanted to return the new phones for a refund, and that is exactly what happened. That's it. It's that easy. The only thing that sucked this time was the fact that even though these AT&T stores can sell you all the lines they want to sell to you (you know, for that commission these employees desperately want) but you can't cancel the lines here. You have to call. These AT&T stores make it so easy to sell you lines but not cancel them. But that's not the employees fault. Anyways, We eventually went to a BESTBUY to get the same exact new phones and the customer service there was SO much better. Overall, a horrible experience with the employees at this AT&T store. They are manipulatively friendly, will sneak in lines for you to pay for so they get a commission out of it, they will confuse you, and apparently they're stealing and destroying phones now. There was a lot of misunderstanding on both sides, but we are just customers. We have no idea what all the rules and conditions/agreements are in making this kind of a transaction. It is YOUR job (the employees) to explain it to us. Anyways, Don't waste your time and money at this place because they are ready and trained to take as much of it as they can. read more

I was #1 on the list and still ended up waiting over an hour just so they could tell me that I was not the authorized person under our account and would not be able to get my upgrade. I don't understand why the person greeting you at the door is unable to check this before having you waist your time but apparently only sales people are able to ask for you phone number to check this! Gloria is the coolest rep she gets 5 STARS. I came in for the Galaxy Note7 and IconX ear buds. So for a really good price I came out getting the IconX, battery pack, and the fast charging pad for $240 plus tax. Of course I did get my Note7 which is the greatest thing Samsung created. AT&T only gets 2 stars because they are bad they suck with their contracts. I was looking forward to get a 2 tear year contract but these bastards won't let you. But when you do get to someone(if you waited lol) they do help and take time with your questions. I returned a phone at this store. A month later, I got a bill for $700 saying I didn't return anything. After 3 extra trips, they told me it was my fault because I should have known better to return it when it's still active. Otherwise it would not show on their system as returned. I waited at least 40 minutes each time just to be helped by an agent. A lot of them are just picking their nose behind the counter and get an attitude when you ask them a question. Unless you're a new customer, they won't talk to you with a smile. Long story short, a lady by the name of jaqueline told me that since it was my fault that I returned the cell phone there, I should call customer care and have them fix the problem myself. She blamed customer care and customer care blamed the store. This's supposed to be a corporate owned store and these idiots work for the same company.
