A tomboy employee she said her name was Sarah was very aggressive and defensive when I told her that I've already been quoted a lower price than what she was quoting me and that's when her whole attitude changed from good to bad and disrespectful. She told me that it wasn't her fault that I cannot afford a phone. I really hope her supervisor reviews the camera so they can find out how rude and disrespectful she is when she don't get a sale. The ATT store located at 6920 Arroyo Crossing Pkwy ste C las Vegas NV 89113. Is not an ATT direct store they are a 3rd party authorized dealer and are in direct violation of NV code NRS Chapter 602. I found this out today after losing all my data and a lot of money doing and upgrade Friday July 18th 2025. Today they tried to tell me they have just opened and have not yet put their My Wireless Store placard up to identify themselves lol even though they have Name Tags that are ATT brand on their shirts. We've been here twice now. First time, the guy that helped us get a new iPhone 16, but they didn't have any in-stock, so we ordered them and had it deliver to our home. I now noticed that he added the "next up anytime" charges without telling us! Make sure to double check everything! Second time, was to exchange the old phones once we got the new ones all setup. First of all I have been with AT&T for over 25 years, and I was not offered any type of deal or discount for losing my iPhone (first time ever losing it and yes it feels devastating as your whole life is basically on there!) , so the clerk charged me full price for the phone, They didn't have any of the phones in stock, Not any color, data usage size, pro, pro max, etc, So now it has to be shipped, So she says it will be shipped next day but it will require a signature, if I would have know she was using fedex I would have requested another carrier or just pick it up from the store. I called the store to tell them that the shipping can't be changed on my end and they have to do it. The person I spoke to was the same person who sold me the phone, while I am explain what my issue is, she just hands the phone to another representative who has no idea what is going on. He got on the phone saying you phone is here and was rude and condescending , No apology once he knew he was wrong, he offered no solution, and basically just rusted me off the phone at that point. SCAM ALERT, and ISSAC provides HORRIBLE customer service! Let me explain... recently after purchasing a new phone from them I also bought a screen protector which I was offered to buy a warranty for! The deal is pay $10 and have your screen protector replaced unlimited, I had used it a few times, where everything went smoothly, majority of the time it was just a small crack or chip, but unfortunately the last time it cracked it shattered and left the whole screen not able to be seen through the broke protector, and a corner piece had come off leaving a dangerous jagged edge that had scratched me and was felt when holding the phone to my ear. So when going to have it replaced I was greeted by Issac who was sitting doing nothing, I explained I had the warranty and wanted a new protector put on, Issac with the most smug smirk on his face said, I can't do it without the old one still on the phone! I was shocked and because of the smirk he had on his face I thought he was joking. I asked him repeatedly if he was teasing me, I explained the screen was shattered and the phone was unable to be used had I have kept it on! Issac had no understanding of the situation and told me "how does he know I'm not trying to get an extra one for a different phone?" To which I explained I bought the warranty for this specific phone so if that was a concern it can be looked up that this is the phone that goes along with the warranty! As far as I know you can't even peel one off a phone a reapply it to another so again this doesn't make sense to the average customer. He continued to almost chuckle at the situation! To be insulted with the insinuation I was trying to scam a $10 protector warranty and no grace or accommodations were made for my situation is ludicrous and horrible customer service! I have been an AT&T costumer for almost 20 years and the 12 years I have lived in Las Vegas, I only have ever went to this specific store! I have never missed a payment, never asked for a refund, I am the ideal loyal customer! Well Issac has changed that! I know that recently this store has switched ownership and I strongly hope they take deeper consideration when making accusations! Look up the price of these protectors on Amazon and you will quickly realize you can buy several for the price of their replacement fee! My time was wasted having to drive there, my phone remains unprotected and my integrity was questioned! Very sad because even after the new owner took over I have had several good experiences, but this one left me feeling so insulted it had ruined my respect for this stores ridiculous policies! If this is a policy then it should be made explicitly clear to never remove it from the phone even if it makes your phone unusable and unsafe! read more

Terrible customer service. I called the store regarding charges on my account and adjustments to my bill. The store representatives refused to identity themselves saying they would not disclose their names. Refused to connect me with their store manager and kept hanging up on me. I live in Washington and cannot go to the store. I ended up calling customer service and Charles mentioned the store was able to refund the money, but they always refuse and forward the customers to customer service. I ended up going to Seattle and the district manager adjusted our bill plus refunded over $400 in duplicate fees. Will NOT recommend this store at this point. If you have to go into a physical Atnt location, thiS is iT. It's calm, usually not many people are there at 1 time & the employees are helpful, relaxed & good at what they do. There are 2 tvs to entertain you if you happen to have to wait. This location is spa like & calm in comparison to other locations I have gone to.
