Absolutely the worst in store experience I've had. The customer service is lacking. No worries about assisting customers. There were 7 behind me and took close to an hour to be handed a pamphlet with an assistance number for me to call on my phone with a dead screen. I saw 5 people come in after me and most didnt sign in and were assisted before folks that were there before them. After an hour of no help and watching others come and go i left with no assistance. Came in to cancel my daughter's existing account and add her to our account along with upgrades on her phone. I decided to upgrade my phone as well. Andre was extremely good at multitasking and changing focus on each of our needs. He noticed I came back today to puchase the Bell Speaker and addressed me to make sure I was happy. Hi, I recently visited this store a week ago and worked with Andre. He we helpful and polite. I completed my upgrade of a new phone. I also submitted a insurance claim for an ipad. The overall experience was positive. The sales representatives working even opened the door for my elderly mother. However, I visited this location on May 25, 2025. Alexis Mitchell was the manager. Alexis Mitchell immediately came over to Jose (the sales agent) once planned obsolesce was mentioned. Alexis returned to the table and accused my partner of being belligerent. I decided to leave the store as I felt Alexis was interfering in the sales process. Alexis lost Jose a commission as well as this store future sales. I will not return to this ATT location due to Alexis Mitchell's managing of the encounter. I cannot recommend this store on days Alexis is the manager. read more

I recently got an iPhone and Apple Watch through this store. I was never told about the new Apple devices and sold the old ones. I later found out that the sales associates knew but neglected to tell me to get a sale. I wanted to return the devices and was aware of the 14 day policy, I stated the process on day 10 of 14. I was put in a back and forth between first net and AT&T. First net says it's at&ts responsibility to process the return and AT&T says its first net's responsibility, this led to me not being in the 14 day window and they refused to take the devices back or trade them in. I also vividly remember the black woman that was the store manager was my sale associate that neglected to tell me about the new release. I also remember telling her I did not want the 15$ a month insurance on the Apple Watch and when I get to look at my account it's added. I wish AT&T actually cared to look into these situations cause this is not the only similar review about this store. read more

Absolutely the worst service ever experienced by a service provider. ATT LIED to us about our business phone. Liz at ATT in Corpus Christi on 6Jun22 LIED to us and told us we could not keep the type service we had. Yes, it was a land line but IT WORKED. We also have a second business line and a fax line. We were with SW Bell before ATT. Liz at ATT LIED and told us we had to switch to digital. Told us it would be cheaper, so okay, we agreed. That is how this nightmare started. Since then we have completely lost phone service three times, the second time it was out for five full days before they sent a tech to restore THE LAND LINE We've talked 6 or 7 different people, been on hold several hours several different times. We've talked to business phone personnel, we've talked to customer loyalty/retention personnel. ATT LIED when we were asked for our call back number and have never recieved call back. ATT LIED when different personnel gave us emails to use to contact them that we never get a reply from. We're asked once if we wanted to go wireless to which we said HELL NO, we just want our phones to work like they did. We have since been billed for two entirely different (temporary?) phone numbers we don't even recognize. ATT LIED when they claimed to have cleared that up as we have since received ANOTHER bill for these two lines. Fabiola, Juan, Diana have all failed us. OUR PHONE LINES ARE CURRENT DEAD. THANKS ATT FOR THE WORST SERVICE EVER. ATT.....YOU ABSOLUTELY SUCK. read more

WARNING WARNING WARNING This store has reps that add sales features to your account without notice to the customer. My aged parents in their 70s had gaming packages added to their lines, along with roadside assistance. When confronted, the attitude and answer was basically saying it's the customer's fault for not noticing earlier. For some 16-ish months with close to $300 in fraudulent charges, they only offered 3 months' worth of refunds. DO NOT USE THIS STORE Moreover, the nonverbal reaction was one of, "Yeah, another one. Maleah M was the able and very professional representative who was on the spot to answer my questions and solve my problems... She was well prepared, adequately trained to handle my situation... Ahmed couldn't have been any more helpful. My initial reason for going in the store was a simple sim card renewal. I left with my bill being lowered and a new accessories. He took his time and was genuine with his service he provided. I felt like we've known each other for years. Thanks again Ahmed! I strongly suggest requesting him on every visit. Would not recommend going here. Went in to get two new phones and walked out with 4 lines activated and only one phone working. Had to go to another Att store and spent 3 hours getting the account fixed. The associate at the Mwc store who helped didn't know what to do and told us to just come back tomorrow, her manager would not even come over and help. The second store fixed everything and the manager was very hands-on with fixing the problem and was very nice. The Mwc store made us feel like it was our fault that they messed up the account and being sent out with no service was very disappointing. This was on 5/8/23 read more

Absolutely terrible customer service. I wasn't greeted for 7 minutes, as I stood at the door on the little sign that said "wait here for service", and yes, every employee looked me directly in the face when I walked in. Not one word for 7 minutes, then the manager (who was talking to an employee for the duration, not even a customer) while walking past me to address another disgruntled guest said, "welcome in ma'am, someone will be right with you." The person who "helped me" was completely disinterested in the exchange, and I eventually just got up and left. Do not waste your time stopping here, it's well worth the drive to the city for stores who actually want and appreciate your business. read more

If I could put zero stars i would. This store gave me the worst experience i have ever encountered that I am now currently switching providers. I called up there thwyctold me to come up there because their honoring buyer remorse on phones but then I get up there wait for 25 minutes for them to tell me they now currently cant help me at this store and that i had to drive an hour away to the store i bought it from. Not to mention everyone in there was absolutely rude and had could care less attitudes. read more

Of the few times I have been, the employees have practically bent over backwards to assist me. If a zero could be used to rate this place I would. Today was the worst. I was told one thing on the phone by customer service about upgrading my phones with the AT&T current upgrade promotion and then something different in the store today. The first person today on our first scheduled appointment seemed nice enough but we decided to leave due to the inconsistency due to the amount of our phone trade ins with what customer service had said on the phone. We booked a scheduled time for later in the day and called 800 customer service. Customer Service confirmed the offer was correct so we went back to the 2nd scheduled appointment for the day. When we went back the door greeter seemed to be mad at something and had an attitude checking us in. When our appt time came up we were helped by "Brandon" he started out ok and we told him we were there for an upgrade. We talked about what customer service said to us and he said that it was wrong and what customer service said was not correct. He had also saying the trade in value was even less than the prior time in the store earlier in the day. We walked. read more

My husband and I went into this store to purchase a new iPhone and use an upgrade. We went at about 8:30 pm., but ended up making an appointment for the next day at 5:30 pm. The following day we checked in at 5:20 pm and were first on the list for people to be see that had appointments. There were 2 other people that had 5:30 apts, however only one other person was checked in. We saw approximately 5 people who were walk-ins that were seen before us. There was a gentleman who had a 5:30 apt, that checked in after us, but was seen before us. We asked the lady at the front door about it, and she said those people were needing help with something simple that wouldn't take long, which is I guess her reasoning why they were seen before us. At 6:10 pm, 50 mins after arriving, we still had not been seen. I told the lady at the front to take us off the wait list and asked for the manager's name. She pointed at a man behind the counter and said his name was Bill and would I like to speak with him. I laughed and told her no, that I don't want to wait any longer to speak with anybody, and that I would be calling to make a complaint. Needless to say they have lost my business as well as others. After posting my complaint on FB, there were several others that have received the same sub par service and won't go there again. read more
