AVOID AT ALL COSTS. EXTREMELY DECEPTIVE EMPLOYEES! I have never experienced such fraudulent sales practices. These people are lucky I didn't file a lawsuit. Let me explain. About a year or so ago I went in with my parents to buy new iPhones for each of us. This con artist (don't remember his name), but he was a young guy, with black rimmed glasses who mentioned working at RadioShack prior to this position which is all I remember about him. So he was helping us out and went to the back to get our new phones. He came from the stock room with our phones and TWO NEW TABLETS. I asked him, "What are these? We don't want to buy any tablets" He explained that AT&T was giving away TWO brand new tablets as a gift with our purchase. Wait, this sounds really sketchy, "So you're giving us two new tablets for free?" The guy said YES. I again asked, "You're giving these completely for free, as in I don't have to pay anything for them?" He reassures me again, "Yes you only have to pay for the taxes on it, it's a really great deal because these are normally 150 dollars." I thought about it, I mean I didn't need a tablet, let alone TWO. But he kept saying it was free, so my parents said why not, about 40 dollars in taxes for two new tablets sounds like a good deal. So we walked out with three phones and two "free" tablets. Fast forward about a month, I get my AT&T bill and what do I see? An additional monthly charge for TWO TABLETS!!! I was LIVID. Are you kidding me??? This guy basically added these tablets as a monthly payment plan which doesn't get billed to you until your next billing cycle and sold them to us as a "free gift". My mom goes back to AT&T to return them because we never wanted to purchase these tablets and we didn't even need them, the only reason we took them was because he told us they were FREE! AT&T said there is no way they can give a refund since we already opened and used them. I never went back to this store to confront that corrupt piece of trash because I would likely have gotten arrested for physical assault. I want to vehemently warn any unassuming customers to not believe any sales sharks at this store that may try to offer you "free gifts" with any purchases. You are better off going to the Apple store for iPhone related products because they are not commission based employees. read more

The Stupid Gene Lives HERE!!!! Where do they find these kids working here? Poor customer service or communication skills, no problem solvers and just a joke of a location. Walked into the store around 1:30PM and there were 4 people including myself in there with only one salesperson in sight, and she was with a guy. Two other women were waiting for the others who had been in the stock room for what I would hear was 15 to 20 minutes. A quickie? Well, whatever, I walked to the back of the store and back after seeing the phone I want on display. After 5 minutes and not knowing who was there first, the dingy rep starts asking everyone who was close to her if they had been helped, instead of asking who arrived first. Luckily one had an issue that couldn't be solved in store, the other was waiting for her elderly mom who had been waiting 20 minutes for a phone from the back. Then it got good, she asked me why I was there, I told her that all I wanted was to replace my piece of garbage go phone that had just stopped working. I told her the model and she went to the back. 5 minutes passed, she walks back out to tell me they did not have the model I wanted. She then commenced to tell me she had another phone that I may like. IT WAS THE SAME MODEL I ALREADY HAD AND SAID I DIDN'T WANT PRIOR!! She told me it was a good phone but I cut her off and asked where the closest AT&T store was top this one. She didn't tell me, the woman waiting for her mom did. When I asked her to call them to check to see if they had it in stock, she acted as if I had asked for the vault key and for the cash! She walked around to another staff member and was told to look it up on the system, not to call. WTF? She then told me it would take a few minutes for the system to look it up. And a call would eliminate that in less than a minute, so why couldn't she call? REALLY? But she had the number for me if I wanted to call. I walked out and noticed the one person on the floor working with a male customer was the female manager who was oblivious to anything going on. If I didn't know better, I'd think she was trying to hook up with the guy she was trying to sell a phone. What a joke for AT& T, and indicative of poor hiring, a weak manager and an attitude that selling is important, problem solving and customer needs aren't. WORST AT&T STORE EVER!!!! read more

Sorry to pick on one laction: But once an AT&T always an AT&T.... This is more towards the corporate office back east (USA) or wherever they are hiding... Sometime they (AT&T) get it right and sometime they (AT&T) really screw up from left to right and right to left. For example: their (AT&T) monthly statements comes in orange hi-lights, this is for their Wireless, for their U-Verse, and regular Monthly Statement, which is a home line account, plus don't forget business accounts statements, too. You would think that for each statement of their service they offer something like this; more examples...........................like for thier (AT&T) Wireless --- it would be in ORANGE hi-light and for U-Verse --- it would be in BLUE hi-light and for Monthly Statement --- it would be in GREEN hi-light and for the Business Statement --- it would be in any other color than ORANGE hi-light, so not to cause confusion or especially for the elder or others who cares. We are in a fast paced world and the statements that AT&T provides is not modern, plus their billing does NOT state for what address the bill is for (like if your mail address is a P.O. Box), but AT&T has only one area for them to collect and doesn't state where they (AT&T) are picking up charges for that lacation of business, or home, where services rendered. For mobile it should have at the least a base address along with the billing location on all statements. Since currently all AT&T statements are ORANGE color code with black letters on white paper... I am sure this leads to lots of mix ups with the average JOE OR JANE and I am sure that AT&T likes it that way. So at their customers expenses, AT&T is got rich and don't care to up grade their billing department to 2013 calender. AT&T has many surveys after you have spoken to an agent or when online or even when they come to set your line at a location and so on. They question their services, because they are guilty to have become rich on poor customers confusion, sure sometime they give some discounts here and some discounts there. Its' sad to see that with some simply changes in their billing statements, many problems would be solve and thier (AT&T) representative would not feel guilty by association... and have to ask the customers: "How did I serve you today?... or please wait at the end of the call for a brief survey as to how I was with you or treat you with excellent service..." These fat cats... AT&T {back east} are relishing the moment and really couldn't care one rat ass about fixing their statements for billing great miss leading facts and double billing, triple dealing and quadrilling practically to the moon in revenue. Went in to purchase a new phone today and was informed that my bill was past due. Somehow my account was switched to paperless without my knowledge. I did not realize that I my account was late. I have been with ATT for ten years and never had a late payment. I was really disappointed that they would not waive the five dollar late charge. I had the worse experience with the Manager Martin today. He was so unprofessional. I needed to trade in a home for att credit and he told me I could not. Store credit only. I called att while I was waiting who confirmed I was right and he was wrong. He did not like this and even asked me to leave the store as well as called security. What he failed to recognize is my entire call was being recorded with him in the background being rude. Needless to say the store and him were reported. What a disappointment. I usually don't like to write bad reviews at any location because an individual may just be having a bad day. This particular time though (5/10/18; 615p), I feel it's necessary. I walked in and was greeted by security and a rep helping a customer. I asked security if they had a check-in procedure and she said yes, a rep could help. There were 3 reps, 2 were helping a customer the other was stocking or something. Anyway, I waited only 2 minutes. When the guy restocking finally called my name I told him I needed to return the direct tv box. I've never had to return a cable box before and I've had some pretty bad experiences prior with returning items, so I like to deliver it in person or send the item with a tracking number. I said "I need to return my cable box" he replied with "we don't do that here, you have to order a box" I explained "I would rather deliver it to a location because I want to get confirmation of delivery" he said again "you can't turn it in here ... you have to go to a ups or fedex" I said "ok that's fine but I also need a printout with itemized charges and I don't think ups can give me one" he said "I can't give you a printout you have to do it online" .... that was confusing to me because I've never been told I can't get a printout at a store that has provided a service. The entire time he talked to me like I was the idiot. Obviously I don't work at att and didn't know any of that. I do work in customer service and make sure to give reason behind any requests that cannot be fulfilled. I don't have a problem with the location itself I just didn't appreciate being rushed off and spoken to as if I was supposed to know what was going on. read more

If you want to waste your time and/or get treated like you're just there to pay their bills, go to this ATT. If not, you're better off driving a mile north to the one in Monterey Park. First, the waiting period is long. But I can get past that. Next the representatives are actually decent. Jose is very clear and explains everything really well. Usually my family's go to guy. I've gone twice in the past month and service was provided by their manager. LISANDRA I think is her name. She told me phone # change was going to be $18. Turns out it was $40. Today I went to pay the bill and fix the $40 dollar charge. She said she could not do anything because she does not remember talking to me about it. Okay, it was $12 more but what got me frustrated is that she can be misinforming more people. I told her I was dissatisfied with her service and instead of offering a resolution, she handed me her business card said, "here, report me if you want. Talk to the president even, I don't care". And I was on the verge of being escorted out by security. All for saying that her service was unprofessional and incompetent. End of the day, I waited approximately an hour only to have to go home and call ATT to fix the bill. Terrible manager. read more
