My wife and I talk to a person over the phone with iAT&T. We went online and ordered a phone they said that we had coverage and paid a fee. When the phone got here we did not have coverage unless it went through the Wi-Fi the reason we wanted a cell phone is when the power goes out are home phone goes out. To make a long story short the phone was useless to us then they charged us a restocking fee when we sent the phone back I believe that the salesman tells you got coverage and you don't they should be responsible for the phone not us read more

Sebrina was most helpful and patient. Have had to visit the South Parkersburg store on numerous times. Sebrina has always been helpful and patient (redundant).
