After multiple failed attempts, Verizon advised us to visit an AT&T corporate store with ID to obtain a new transfer PIN. That's how we ended up at this location. Unfortunately, our experience with the store manager, Daniel, was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. From the beginning, he was rude, impatient, and dismissive. Instead of helping resolve the issue, he simply called customer service and repeated the same steps we had already tried ourselves. After nearly an hour, when a transfer PIN was finally generated, he abruptly said, "OK, done. You can go now," without explaining next steps. When I calmly asked what I should do next, whether I needed to go to Verizon or could finish the process online since I had my two young children waiting, he responded, "I don't know. I don't work for Verizon. Go figure it out." When I asked again for guidance, he became hostile and told me, "I don't f*ing know." This happened in front of several employees, and in front of my children. We were the only customers at the store at the time. I felt singled out and disrespected. I noticed he interacted politely with other customers, yet spoke to me and my family in a completely different tone. When I questioned why he was treating me this way, he laughed, cursed, and told me to leave the store. When I began recording the interaction for my own protection, he threatened to call the police, despite me standing there with my two small children. My kids were frightened and confused watching an adult behave this way toward their mother. No customer, especially a parent with children, should be treated with hostility or intimidation for simply asking questions. To make matters worse, he told me I was "not a customer anymore" because I was porting my phone service, even though I still maintain AT&T internet services. This experience was unacceptable and deeply unprofessional. Customer service should never involve disrespect, profanity, or threats toward customers. AT&T corporate leadership should be aware that behavior like this damages trust and reflects poorly on the brand. Customers deserve basic respect, clear communication, and professionalism. None of which we received here. I sincerely hope management addresses this situation so other families do not have a similar experience.

Whenever I have questions of any kind, they are quite helpful. They are very patient with me, and hardly ever make fun of me. They did not laugh too hard when when I brought in my five year old phone to upgrade. Today, I had some technical questions on the use of my new A21 Samsung Galaxy phone. For example, I did not know how to stop the phone from dimming whenever I made a call. The answer was so simple, I felt silly. There is a sensor on the phone, and when you hold it near your head, the dimming stops. It's a pleasure to patronize this store. Honestly, I don't know how you could do any better. When I went in, five separate employees jumped up to help me. This is absolutely true--I am not making this up. They were not trying to pressure me to buy anything--they just wanted to help. That's what I call great service The nice people answered my questions quite readily. Next time, I will come up with tougher questions to try to stump them.

    I spent over $200 to get my iPhone X Max screen repaired at this place. After getting my phone…read moreback, the new screen was significantly brighter compared to the original screen (something I was going to overlook) and the new screen would not "wake up" or respond if I tapped it. 5 weeks after getting the phone repaired, I noticed a discoloration in the screen in the top right corner, and now, 6 weeks later, the screen has a long crack down the middle even though I never dropped it. After reading reviews, it looks like going back to have them fix these issues is pointless, despite the 90 day guarantee, and I certainly don't want to be accused of doing this damage myself when that isn't the case at all. I noticed he was holding the phone in an odd way and walked off to discover that my phone was booting in maintenance mode. I panicked and went back asking why my phone saying it is erasing all data, knowing it was performing a factory reset and there was nothing that could be done to reverse it. He claimed no responsibility, was extremely rude and unhelpful, claiming that a phone cannot be reset without unlocking. Unfortunately Galaxy S7 can easily and quickly be factory reset by holding down the up volume and home button keys for about 10 seconds. It is just about impossible to do this by accident, as you have to hold them down hard. Lost 2 years of data. Ended up bringing mall security into things, filing a complaint with the mall about the shop, and will be forwarding the report to Cellairis HQ. The associate there is an absolute clown with no concern for customers or value for their property.

Please pay close attention To your transaction when dealing with him. I was in the mall and stumbled across this kiosk. I asked if they sell cases to fit the iPod touch. Hasan immediately asks to see the iPod, whips a case out of some packaging, cracks my current case even more, stating that it is cheap, and then removes it from my device and replaces it with one from his kiosk. It happened so quick, and since I knew I needed a new protective case, I didn't protest. Heres the kicker. I asked how much it costs, and he tells me that it's $30, And it comes with a screen protector. I explain that I do not need a screen protector because I paid a lot of money for the excellent one I already have. He then tells me he can sell me the case without the protective cover for $25. Sounded cool to me, so I said okay. During the next few minutes, I was distracted by my son who was complaining this was taking too long and that he was hungry........Hasan rings me up and I sign the credit card receipt and go along my way. A few minutes later I look at the receipt to see a charge of $32.63. I go back to the kiosk to ask why he charged me for the screen protector after he said he wouldn't (keep in mind, I NEVER even got the protector). At first, he tries to pretend that he's never seen me before! When I show him my receipt, he tells me that he never said that. There is a sign on the kiosk that states store credit only on returns, so I just raised my eyebrow and walked away, figuring there wasn't anything I could do about it. I do admit that the iPod protective case appears to be decent quality, however the lack of integrity is a total turn off.

When we tried to return the item 20 minutes later he told us only store credit and no refunds. Very suspiciously there was a fraudulent charge of more than $500 to the card the next morning. I very rarely use this card and had not made a purchase on it in quite a long time. Save yourself a headache and buy somewhere else!
