1. This store lied about the trade in credit by advising me we would receive $1,000 per phone we were trading in. When we brought in the phones we found out that the credit is only $800 for our models. They will not rectify this $600 difference, but are willing to waive the restocking fee and cancel our plans. The retention call center team advised me the store could credit my bill for the error, the store says they will not. 2. They set me up on a union employee discount, this is wrong. I work for a different company and brought documentation in for this. 3. They added the protection plan at $45 per month and did not ever ask me if I wanted it (or explain what it was). 5. The manager was walking around with a cigarette in his hand and one employee was sitting on the display shelf when we came to the store. At this point I have no idea what else I was signed up for by the employee there. The worst part is we came in intentionally to switch carriers after 15 years. We didn't need to be up sold and were already choosing the higher model phones and plans. Had the employee been honest none of these prices would be an issue for me. If I could make this no stars I probably would, walked in and wasn't even greeted. There we multiple people in line and manager did no wait on a single person instead took a break in the back! Don't bother going in here. No one has ever been helpful. After a year I finally went back to Verizon. Coverage isn't as good as Verizon and employees at this store are rude. read more

Not trilled. I want in the other day to talk to someone about changing from Verizon to AT&T. And no body really wanted to help me. I went through 3 different people before I actually talked to a salesmen. And when we were talking he checked on something for me and came back and started working with another customer. Needless to say I'm staying with Verizon. read more

I love this att store it's great. They really know what they are talking about. Most of the staff in there have been there more than 5 years. I usually work with Jamie. If I have questions about my smart phone they take the time to answer them for me. I mean they sit down with me and go step by step on how to do stuff. This is the best store around. They have a check in process when you get in so you talk to a greeter first, that's good because the store is really busy and I'd you didn't get checked in you'd probably get skipped.
