Filing a complaint seems pointless, especially since the positive reviews are receiving responses on Google. I will not be returning to this store after being given incorrect pricing for AT&T internet service due to an employee's mistake. When I addressed this with Ken, the manager, I would take care of it another day. As I tried to discuss why my accounts were not syncing when I agreed to the service. At that point, I was accused of making a threat after I asked Ken multiple times if he was serious. I made sure to choose my words carefully and did not raise my voice. Ken then asked me if I had ever worked in customer service, bringing up an incident in Michigan. I responded that I had over 20 years of experience in customer service, but we were not in Michigan. Given my background, I recognized that he was trying to divert attention to avoid answering my questions and to justify asking me to leave. He offered an apology, but it felt insincere since he did not specify what he was apologizing for. I continued to conduct myself professionally during the rest of the exchange. When I called customer service, they said they would file an investigation. However, I don't expect to receive any resolution or acknowledgment regarding what happened. If store employees cannot assist customers, what is the point of having a store, especially when they set up accounts but are unable to resolve issues? read more

First of all I was lied to about their service not being capable with my phone. As usual the spill is if your not happy bring it back we will take care of it. Well I took the phone back and before I could get into anything else the manager reset the phone back to factory settings. I lost my info in the phone, and he also made it so I could not keep my number, in which I had when I went there. Also, the amount of my bill was more than they told me. I would not recommend Southridge location to anyone . The manager there is extremely rude and very arrogant. read more

Apparently it's my duty to make sure my receipt (after spending over $1000) has ink so it's legible. And watch out for getting tagged for cell phone insurance even when you said NO. After several calls, the woman agent said: was my job to make sure the receipt was legible! 2) agent misunderstood about insurance, 3) no won't mail me new receipt 4) when I said it was ridiculous I have to drive there for a receipt and she argued no it wasn't! Still they do look good over Suddenlink service! Lol read more

Good customer service. I did have to return once. I had two phones that I purchased in Ohio and delivered to my parents. I had the WV store port the phone numbers. They got the second ported correctly, but messed up the 1st one. Causing me to make a follow up call to Customer Service. At the end of the day all phones work. I wish their network was as good as there customer service. read more

My dad had to stop by this location to have his phone data turned on and to have his contacts transferred to his new phone. These things aren't fun, and sometimes not even tolerable, but this AT&T store was great. The employee he worked with was really friendly and accommodating. There was no wait and the process went as pleasantly as it could possibly go. We were in and out in 15 minutes and grateful we chose this AT&T store. read more

Yesterday, for my birthday I stopped in this store to pay off a Next Installment Agreement and upgrade my phone to the new iPhone 7 Plus Red 128gb. I was promptly greeted by Jamilla who was so helpful and nice. When she went to the back to grab my phone, she also brought out an iPad because they had a special promotion regarding the iPad. But I informed her that I had an iPad Pro and that I wouldn't need an iPad mini. She didn't pressure me at any point and was just so great. She also brought out an Apple Watch and talked to me about it. I ended up getting the Apple Watch 2.0 which is awesome. I wasn't familiar with how an Apple Watch works so I asked Jamilla if she could assist me with setting it up. She happily helped me it with pairing the watch to the phone and was patient while my phone was doing an iCloud restore. She was an absolute gem to talk to while waiting for the restore to finish. She also made sure that I had insurance put on the phone so that its protected from loss and theft as well as accidental damage. She was polite, professional, and thorough and is a real asset to AT&T. It was really a breeze and an excellent experience coming into this store and I want to thank Jamilla for an outstanding experience. read more
