I think the previous reviews may be from a staff that has moved on. I was served by Adeel who was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Best of all, he was not pushy or tried to sell me on things I didn't want or need. I went in and got a quote on how much it would cost to switch service from T-Mobile, of which I despise. He gave me a quote, and I went on my way to think about and make my decision to switch. I returned a few hours later to him again, who got me set up with a new phone and service. I wish there was a zero star option, because I got zero service! I came here an HOUR before close and was greeted nicely from an employee. I was looking for the new I phone 12 and she was helping me and the manger I'm assuming Interrupted us rudely and said I couldn't be helped tonight! I was furious over the past year I've been wanting to switch carriers and after tonight that was the nail in the coffin for me. In my personal opinion all costumers should be helped that enter the store till close. read more

I wish I could give a zero star review. With an appointment we waited for 50 minutes and finally decided to tell them to cancel our appointment. We are on our way to the Hillside store. While checking in, the system for signing up for an appointment cancelled our appointment even though we had a confirmation text message. The attendant didn't seem to want to correct the issue and the manager was the same as well. Blaming the system and saying that they were understaffed. She then proceeded to ask me if I would like to learn the system and join them (offering me a job since they were short staffed). I worked customer service for years and would have NEVER asked a customer that. While continuing to try and get some kind of accommodation they still wanted us to try and come back an hour later. They eventually let us keep the 2 o'clock appointment when they saw our confirmation message. The other 2 o'clock appointment had still not been seen when we left 50 minutes later. If you have a solid 1-2 hours to waste then by all means go to this location. I highly recommend either going to hillside ATT or just not doing business with ATT at all. Our account has been active with ATT when it was still Cingular and we have never had as many issues as we have had at this store location. Needs more staff, better management customer service training, and a more efficient system for booking appointments, if they are always understaffed. It should not take 30+ minutes to turn in a old phone from previous upgrade. read more

Went to the store today. Great to see all sales people wearing masks, plus there are Plexiglass dividers at the work tables...added an extra level of comfort to the sleek, well-designed, customer friendly, store. I worked with GLADYS (awesome!) re: a possible new plan(s), plus the switching of my daughter to her husband's AT&T plan....got great explanations of the how-to for each need, with NO pressure to make any changes (she said go thin k on it all). Pretty much seamless. And while I waited there was plenty of stuff on display to look at...man, do I need a new phone. WC read more

If I could give this location ZERO stars and close the place down...I WOULD. Absolutely horrible. My husband, his son and daughter went in to get their phone's upgraded and continue with their contract and when they walked in the rep handed them a tablet and said "do you want this? It's free." Well, sure why not? who would say no. When we asked the rep if there was some hidden charge or if this was for real he shook his head no and said that they were free w the new agreement and phone. We found out later, this was very untrue and there's actually a $10mo fee added with these. We returned them. The people who work in this location do not know what they are doing and can't do many of the things that other True AT&T stores can do. They tell you to call CS because they don't have access to specific things. When we called CS they didn't know what we were talking about and nothing was on our account. The lady we spoke to on the phone for CS told us that if she was us she would return all her stuff to that location and take her business to a "real" AT&T store. So when we needed help w our new phones we just went to an AT&T location that wasn't an auth. dist. Its pretty bad when your own company is directing people to not go in the new location. HA! Also, when we went to another AT&T store the rep there knew of the location in Bixby and said that she was tired of fixing all their issues and it was unfair b/c Bixby got the credit for the account and then she had to do all the work. On top of all of this - it took 3 hours in the Bixby store to do everything and then another 2hrs on the phone with Customer Service. DO NOT GO HERE! read more

Awful. Avoid this store. Just left after waiting 30 mins. I checked in was the 3rd person on the waiting list. The couple that was right above me had waited over an hour to buy a new phone. I was there to ask one simple question about my bill when their website was down online. No one seemed to be working or in a hurry. One guy finished up with a customer and walked past all of us waiting and said he would he back soon and the one customer who had waited for an hour said 'really? Or are you headed to lunch?' And he said 'nah. That's in 15 mins.' I'll never go back to that store. read more

Fantastic service and very helpful and caring employees. They went out of their way to spend time with me converting my older phone an iPad to the new generation! They could have just told me to go to apple but they were so willing to walk me thru all the steps. This also isn't the first time I have visited the Memorial store and they have always been helpful and I leave with a smile on my face. to ATT read more
