I have a Motorola Edge 2022 256Gb Cellphone that I purchased with a bent screen. I came in with…read morethe cellphone and a new replacement screen and spoke with Mike. He told me he would give me a call the next day with an estimate of the repair. He quoted me a fair price of $75 to replace the bent screen with the new screen. The next day he called me and said the phone was ready. I picked it up and it works great, just like new. Many Thanks! Highly Recommended!! Mark C.

This man means well but has a lot to learn about professional accountability and customer…read moreinteraction. I took a phone in yesterday with a cracked screen in order for him to replace it. After he replaced it, I noticed that the battery would no longer hold a charge, and would continuously reboot every 2 minutes while plugged in. None of this occurred prior to handing the phone over to him, the battery operated completely like normal prior his "fix". He denied responsibility and argued with me for a whole hour while he was trying to figure out what was wrong with the battery. He even claimed that my phone was crappy and its battery was already bad by the time I gave it to him which is not the case at all. It held a charge and it certainly didn't try to keep rebooting while plugged in. Basically, he simply didn't believe me, and never considered or accepted the possibility that he may have damaged the charging port or battery connection, or motherboard component when replacing the screen because he said they were separate systems. He also said that because he "couldn't test the battery" before replacing the screen, he "did not know how well it worked" before the screen replacement, which was his way of insinuating that the battery was already bad and I'm using this as a ruse for a free fix for a pre-existing issue. Thing is, he actually could have tested the battery if he wanted to before opening the screen, it was still holding a charge and working even with a busted screen. But he didn't and he was using this as an excuse to avoid accountability. I saw that he wasn't going to be able to figure it out any time soon and I had to catch a flight so I demanded a refund. He refused, and kept on arguing that the screen replacement had nothing to do with the charging port or battery and his only argument for not having anything to do with it is that he's replaced many screens and "you're the first customer who's had this issue". Well guess what? I googled "iphone se won't charge properly after replacing screen" and literally the first result was an iFixit thread with over a dozen answers from people experiencing the same issue, with one user saying it's happened 8/8 times they've done screen replacements on the SE. The most common explanation from reading the threads is that he dislodged a connection called FL2400 in the logic board, which is common when applying too much pressure from the wrong side of the battery connection with a spudge tool. He could have figured this out in 2 minutes by doing a simple google search but instead chose to argue that he had nothing to do with it; I only found this explanation later at the airport. It was only after I threatened to write this review that he agreed to issue me a refund. But not before removing the fixed screen, and re-attaching the old broken screen. If he didn't issue the refund, this review would be 1 star, but this is the outcome I'm left with: I gave him a phone once and he made it worse. I gave it back to him a second time to rectify that mistake and he returned it in even worse condition. I used to have a cracked screen iPhone that held a charge and was still usable. Now I have a cracked screen iPhone that doesn't hold a charge and is effectively useless. And while I did get my $80 back, I lost 1.5 hours of my time and countless words of arguing to a man who was careless in his trade and in utter refusal to consider that mistakes like these are possible for him, let alone take responsibility for them. I suggest anyone reading this to take their phone to a more professional operation, both in terms of technical skill and people skills. (FYI, the first 5 star review below is fake. It's by the business owner himself. His name is Mike, I know because it's on his business card. As far as I know this is the first real review)

My phone looks brand new, thank you so much! Only took a few hours…read more.. Highly recommend.

I was in the immediate Berwick area and needed a new iPhone battery. Was told by a friend Hello…read moreCellular has them and installs. Was glad I did not have to search for a location and drive elsewhere. I walked in and stated my iPhone needed new battery. I had no knowledge of any off-market battery available for iPhones so would never have had a thought to ask, and was not informed of that upon requesting service and absolutely no indication of that. Unknown to me, and w/o any info provided, I assumed a 'new' Apple battery was placed in my phone. I paid and left. I received a message on phone from Apple the second I plugged it in for charging..."non Apple battery". I called Apple support to inquire, and they informed me of their policy and would not repair or even "touch an iPhone with an aftermarket battery", and they suggested I return it because it can and does causes problems. As I used it that evening, it was obvious something was not right in the performance of phone. I noticed the warranty limit on receipt, so after calling the next day, had an appointment set up two days later when a 'skilled person' would be there to swap it out. I was told it had to be ordered. Another trip back in...all "convenience" already void...supposed new Apple battery was installed. I inquired why I was not informed or given a choice about Apple battery at first visit. The very nice employee told me that "THERE USED TO BE A SIGN ON THE COUNTER...I DON'T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO IT." Immediately that evening i knew something wasn't right...battery ran very, very low w/minimal use! I tried charging it several nights, I always start charge before retiring and is completely charged in the a.m.. It charged, but again started losing charge right away and lost all charge by evening. I am not a frequent phone user all day at all. I have found no e-mail address to get my message in over the weekend, and there is no also voicemail available to leave a message. I will try when store opens at 10:00 and so hopefully won't have to make TWO MORE trips! I ended up paying $160.00 for an Apple battery that is faulty and does not work. Have never had this happen. Pretty bad and extremely inconvenient and time-consuming. Just the facts. I will update review.
