Just wanted to review on my experience at this store. I walked in greeted and met with Kris, he went over a lot of options and shared his thoughts on potential phones, knew the pros/cons and never once acted like I was being a bother to him. That happens a lot actually and it was nice to have someone call a store repeatedly for me when they weren't answering just to find the phone and color I was on the hunt for.. The initial interaction seemed to go well. I was able to get the phone I needed ordered but the sales person helping failed to mention that the package would have to be signed for. And of course the company delivering the phone gave the widest possible time frame for when it would be delivered. I can understand that the salesperson does not have control over the shipping policies, however they should be more than well informed of them and actually communicate that to their customers. Like most people I have a job. I leave my house for the majority of the day and do not have the luxury of sitting on my ass at home just waiting around for a phone to be delivered in a 12 hour window. It is such a simple thing that the person at the store could have done to inform me that I would have to sign for the phone and there is not an option to have it deliver to the local shipping branch office. read more

Every time I go to any of these stores it takes an hour to do even the simplest of tasks like activate my line after they disconnected it for no reason. read more

I don't normally write reviews but PLEASE BE WARNED. If I could give this store a 0 I would. So incredibly disappointed with the manager Josh and the sales man Chris who lied to us about a "promotion" that they had. Chris unfortunately was incredibly sales-ey and pushy from the go but we needed to simply add a line for my husband. We unfortunately were told at the time of adding a new line, that we could get a $.99 per month iPad and $.99 per month Apple Watch along with it. That this was their incredible promotion going on right now! Well this was promotion was not upheld after receiving our bill - we are now being charged almost $40 more a month for these devices. And have to pay that until they are paid off (over $1,300). And even though both devices are still unopened (we didn't need them in the first place but were continuously told they have this "deal" going on and we wouldn't want to miss it, well the "deal" turned out to be false.). The manager will not allow us to return the devices claiming it's past the 30 days which how would we know what our bill would be until 30 days goes by? He also unfortunately gave me attitude and was very unprofessional to begin with as well. I could tell he was not going to take care of us when I walked in to speak with him. No one listened and no one was able to help us. Customer should always be first, especially after being blatantly lied to. We will be looking into switching carriers completely after this. We are extremely disappointed with the lack of customer support and integrity of the company as a whole. read more

Worst AT&T store in Colorado. Every time I go here I don't get the help that I need and I wait a ridiculous amount of time to get it. Must not train any of its employees so you can even call ahead of time and still get there and not get the help you need because they weren't clear on the phone Avoid at all costs. I had 3 wireless phones on my account, AT&T cut service to one of them using my mailbox expiring as an excuse why. Anyway, after them not resolving my service interruption issues, I was trying to import my numbers to Verizon to finally solve it. AT&T's system placing fraud alerts on one of the phones my account (twice) to prevent me from moving to Verizon across the parking lot. I asked for help at this location this morning 4/30/2022 clearing the fruad alert as they'd be able to ID me. The Employee basically refused to even look into it. Wasn't sure if he couldn't, or just refused to as he did ask for ID, but as I was leaving I turned around to see the employee laughing at me behind my back thinking this ordeal was hilarious. 15 years of paying my bill on time, adding additional lines, and this is how that store treated a customer. I wouldn't recommend using this location, the other customers there didn't seem pleased with the service either in person, or looking through their reviews. read more

This store...Phhhft. This store is run by a bunch of incompetent boys. They tend to hide in the back room instead of offering quality customer service. They also mislead and misdirect you through their iPad contracts...Offering GREAT deals that never turn out anywhere near what you expect. The manager Chris Solano won't come out and talk to you... the other employees shift blame on one another CARELESSLY when you are just trying to figure out WHY your phone bill has doubled. They will tell you that everything was their fault but they can't do anything to help you. It's just a joke. This store can't figure out their heads from their asses. As a long long (22 year) customer of ATT, this store, with only one visit, has completely destroyed my thoughts on ATT. Words of the wise... DONT GO HERE. DONT TRUST THEM. I'm not sure if the rep that I dealt with was incompetent or dishonest, but it was a bad experience. I have an old plan with not very much data. I also don't really use THAT much data. But, sometimes I go over and I wanted to ask about the current unlimited plans they're offering. When I looked into it online, the price wasn't showing a discount that I normally get on my bill, so wanted to ask about it. The guy I talked to didn't (or couldn't) explain the differences in the plans, told me I should "just get" the top end plan, and never showed me the prices. When I said, "Ok, I'll think about it," he got this look on his face that a 12 year old boy gets when he's been caught doing something wrong. "Oh, you didn't want to change it? I actually think I just changed it." Mind you, I never explicitly said, "Change my plan," and he never asked. I then waited there for 20 minutes while he went in the back to "fix" the mistake. I hadn't been thinking about switching carriers, but now it's on the table because this experience was insane. I should be able to go into a brick and mortar store for help when I need it. read more

Walked in to ask to cancel my account and port my number, not only did he immediately start talking crap about Verizon and the guys over there that were helping me saying they just need to do their job rolling his eyes which is ironic because I was asking him to literally just do his job and give me my account number, after I asked him to just give me my account number so I can on my way while he was ranting he told me to calm down whenever I just told him I just need my account number and that's it (btw I had no attitude whatsoever I was not frustrated with him or AT&T prior literally just needed my account number should've been an in and out transaction) then when I told him to not tell me to calm down and suggested he shouldn't tell customers to calm down he got an attitude and told me to leave and not come back. Terrible customer service! I was put on the walk in list and told it would be a 15-20 min wait. Then they proceeded to add people with "appointments" to the list and bump my name down on the walk in list while also having an appointment list growing. I had called earlier to try and make an appointment and was told I couldn't make one and to come down because it wasn't busy. When I asked how long it was going to be, the sales woman who seemed to be a supervisor of some sort with a terrible attitude stated she wasn't sure it could take an hour it could take 3 so we'd have to wait and if we couldn't we could leave...uh thanks? Go to the AT&T at Colorado Mills. Customer service was 100 times better there. read more

I had an amazing experience here! They were quick, friendly, and very personable. The longest part was the iPhone update and the reboot, which didn't even take long! Kaipo was so fun to chat with and very personal and made my experience more than excellent! The manager, I believe his name is Justin (I'm sorry if I'm wrong!) was so great too, helped me choose between phones and held great conversation also! Highly recommend this location!!! read more

I've always gone to this store for my phone needs. Yesterday my nephew and I went to upgrade a phone for my husband and get a phone for my nephew. One rude,!incompetent salesman spent over an hour strugglingThrough trying to set us up. He was being such a jerk I asked to work with the manager. After arguing with me about that, he finally left and The store manager stepped in. He was able to get all our needs met and wasn't rude about it. This place is a joke. We went in and were put on a wait list. We were placed as number 1 even though there was a guy who came in before us. They said the wait would be 5 minutes to fix my boyfriend's battery issues. We waited almost 2 hours before someone finally came over. There were 2 associates helping one lady who was on the phone comparing prices with other companies for tv, phone, security, etc. The employees were also helping people who walked in long after us looking for iPhones. Finally, they told us we needed to go to a battery store. They couldn't help us. The battery store told us it wasn't our battery. So stupid. Such a waste of time and energy. Awful service. First time went in was lied to about offer. Them Got 12/ mini which was too small. Charged a $55 restocking fee even though I was told it would be waived. Then completely disconnected service when returned. Had to wait an hour first visit and go back AGAIN because service was cut off for no reason. No compensation offered for the double inconvenience. Will never go here again and I would suggest to everyone to go elsewhere read more

Worst service ever!!! First off, I want to point out that I have never been one to complain or ever give a bad review. I'm just extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service at this branch. I went in on April 1st, 2017. I was greeted at the door, a man took my name and I was told it would be a few minutes. I took a seat and waited while several new customers walked in and were given immediate attention. I still remained patient and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. After waiting 30 minutes without a word from anyone (no exaggeration here), another customer came in and the greeter himself offers to assist this gentleman. At this point, I was disgusted and left. Bought a new phone and was reassured not to worry about the transfer of my phonebook even though I told them I didn't think I had an I cloud account. Traded in my phone and spent an hour on the phone with AT&T Protech later that day and they were not able to recover any info. I am very disappointed to lose my entire phonebook, wish I could have my old phone back. read more

Took my 85 year old mother in to see about transferring her land line phone number which she has had for 50 years over to her ATT cell phone. Ron, the sales rep bent over backwards to help us. The land line phone company, TDS was very uncooperative but Ron got it done. I know he spent hours on the project over a few days of which it cost us nothing. Great service. Starting with the forced update to Lollipop my LG G3 would no longer reliably send MMS. My husband called the customer care 800 number and and spent a long time on the phone with a technician who tried various fixes both on the phone and through the AT&T systems. At the end of the call the MMS would still not send in a reliable manner. The technician suggested that obtaining a new SIM card would be the next step. Due to my work schedule my husband stopped at the AT&T Company stored located at 5131 Kipling Street Unit 600, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033 and got the new SIM card. After a very long call that had to be escalated to a supervisor the new SIM card was activated. That evening a couple of test MMS's did work and sent the pictures quickly with no errors. The next day the issues with MMS's were back. I then took my phone to the Kipling store and spoke with an AT&T representative. She was extremely helpful and checked with the nearest service center to see if they had the LG G3 in stock. They did not and she immediately called a customer care number and worked with the phone representative to order a replacement phone. She also stated that if I brought the replacement phone in that they would help set it up and apply a new screen protector. I took the replacement phone in and Billy "assisted" me. All he did was install a new screen protector, the battery, and SIM card. He did not provide any assistance in configuring the phone or transfering files including pictures. Instead he said to just go home and login to my Google account and that I could finish the setup. I suspect his attitude and lack of service was because the store was closing in a half hour, but that is no excuse for his lack of customer service. The replacement phone has been far worse than the original phone. In addition to MMS's behaving the same way, the touch screen is faulty. Often times touching the screen gets no resposne from the phone. It takes multiple taps on apps to open them.The screen will also lock and the only way to correct the problem is shut the phone down and restart it. This occurs multiple times a day. The text messaging also is not working properly. Many times, I cannot add/erase words, in which again, I have to shut the phone down and restart it. Today (3/25/15), I went back to the Kipling store for assistance. Once again I had the misfortune to be have Billy assist me. He insisted that there was nothing he or anyone at the Kipling store could do and that I would have to go to the service center which in traffic is a 45 minute drive on way. I asked him to call the service center and verify that they now had a stock of the LG G3's, he left the main area of the store (I informed him the previous week they did not have the phone in stock at the service center). When he came back he said he called and that they did indeed have the phone. I asked a total of three times to confirm that the service center did indeed have it. I arranged for a babysitter to watch my 5 month old child and drove to the service center at 14532 Orchard Parkway Suite 100, Westminster, CO 80023. When I got there I was informed that they have not and did not have any stock of the LG G3. They repeatedly stated that there was nothing that they could do and that the Kipling store knew they did not carry the LG G3. They did have a shipment incoming which was supposed to include LG G3's, but they didn't know if it was coming on Thursday or next Tuesday. The supervisor offered to set one aside and to call me when they came in. I then drove back to the Kipling store because Billy flat out lied to me. As I walked out of the service center, I called the AT&T customer care number. Due to the repeated failures of AT&T customer care, I immediately requested a supervisor. The representative would not let me talk and kept interrupting me. Eventually she did put me on hold for almost 20 minutes to transfer me to a supervisor. At 20 minutes she said that the only supervisor on duty was still not available and that she could arrange for the supervisor to call me. While waiting for the supervisor to call back I arrived at the Kipling store and waited for a representative. The customer care supervisor called back while waiting for a representative to become available. My husband waited in the store and eventually spoke to the assistant manager Brittni. Brittni said that there was nothing she could do despite one of her employees having lied and wasted over 2 hours of our time. He requested to speak to the manager and was informed that he had already left for the day. She refused to get any higher manager and instead offered to setup an appointment with the store manager. Horrible customer service. We told them what we needed when we arrived and checked-in, waited 30 mins because only two people were working here on a Saturday, and then they told us that they couldn't help us. Accused my husband of not being an authorized user, when he's the only user on the account. Either this location is awful, or all of AT&T are awful. Either way, not dealing with rude idiots anymore. We quit them and went with Verizon. Best decision to leave AT&T. read more
