I used this business for my cpap supplies; the vendor who sold my machine had closed. I received a replacement for my recalled philips resp. cpap and took it in to be programmed. The fellow who "helped" me asked if I had read the many instructions that came with the unit. I had not, but in the past had always had to have a cpap programmed. By his manner, he made it clear that if I read the papers, I would not have had to bother him. So, he was going to help me, but i would have to endure his condescending and brusque manner. Twice during our 5 min. talk I heard how busy he was and why he hadn't yet returned my call. The call would have solved all the problems, but admittedly I didn't let much time go by, because in previous dealings with them, days had gone by waiting for a call. I'm very good at reading non-verbal language, so I finally said, " if it's too much trouble for you to help me, I can take it home and follow the instructions." to which he snidely replied, "I thought I was helping you." Frankly, I had enough and gathered up my machine. I was angry, and not a gentleman, but I didn't curse or shout. This so-called professional followed me to the door and yelled " get off my property and never come back", at which point I called him a jack ass.
