Elizabeth Cooper-Golden, owner, is a great warm & caring Realtor who looks after YOUR interest in representing you as agent. We listed our home in Madison for sell with Elizabeth in 2017. She was insightful and gave us many great suggestions on how to spruce up our home to be more attractive to potential buyers. The home SOLD IN LESS THAN 3 DAYS!! and a price higher than we anticipated. 3 years later, we contacted Elizabeth this time as a long distance investor looking for rentals in Madison/ Huntsville area. Elizabeth was very protective of our investment and looked over properties with a sharp eyes pointing out any potential problems. She did a real time video walk through with us. In addition, she has a great network of people such as Home inspectors and was able to get us in front of line. We bought 2 rental properties from her. YOU CAN TRUST ELIZABETH!! read more

I was just called and HARASSED and SCREAMED AT by Amy Williams. I am selling my home on Zillow and it is listed as "For Sale BY OWNER". She called and screamed asking if I would giver her 3% if she sold my house. I calmly told her that no, I would not but whoever she is representing would. She proceeded to SCREAM at me and hung up on me. If this is how she treats strangers I cannot imagine how she is professionally. I would not sell my house through her if she was the last realtor in Huntsville. I recommend you find a company that does not employee people like this. EDIT: The person who composed this review was the person that received the call. She was so shaken and upset by the who thing that she did not want to post it under her account for fear of relation by the realtor who had already nearly given her a panic attack in the middle of her work day. read more

Elizabeth Cooper Golden is an oak of righteousness in an industry that can sometimes really take advantage of those who know little about real estate. She managed to help this first time home buyer, who knew NOTHING about buying a home, get the deal of a lifetime. Not only does she manage to squeeze out every dollar and consideration for her clients, she never burns the other side in negotiations. The builder loved her as much as I do! It is real important to have professional integrity so that no matter who you find on the other side of the bargaining table you are respected for your word. Elizabeth knows her stuff when it comes to the market, so no matter if you are buying or selling you will get the best deal possible with her! I recently had a home built and purchased with the assistance of Kathy York from At Homes Realty in Providence. She is by far the best Realtor that I've ever worked with. There are a lot of realtors out there that are only concerned with commission and making nice with builders in order to be in their favor. Kathy, was all about me...the customer. She educated me on the build process. She helped me understand what to expect during the buy process. She fought for me to get everything I wanted, within reason, from the build.
