1 STAR Service person came out for heater issues within 2…read morehours. Checked the connections, all good. He said the only issue is that the filter was overkill, and preventing air flow. I gave him the OK to change the filter. He was there for a total of 35 minutes. When I asked how much I owed, he paused, as if thinking about how much to charge me. He told me $120 per hour. I said it was really "steep", and he firmly replied that that's his hourly rate. I called the office and complained that that is ridiculous for changing a filter. I was told that that is a flat rate because he had to drive out. We're 5 minutes from the office. I was given a 25% discount. The service was ok, but $120 to change a filter is outrageous. We had previously used their services, but I WILL NOT use them again. I rarely review companies....Incredible service or awful experience. This is easily in the 1 STAR category. I'll even go out of my way to review on Google , Angies, etc.

I asked them why is my spring system on 100's of thousands of doors that work fine but mine needs their system to work properly. needless to say they had no answer. It is now 2021 and I can say without a doubt I am still in love with the products they sold us. Within the last two months the door opener head started to malfunction. We troubleshooted this ourselves first and that didn't work. We had one of their service techs out and he also tried to fix it with no luck. While here he checked the service of the two doors, tracks, springs, and hinges even though that wasn't the issue. When he left both doors were completely serviced. While dealing with a warranty issue they stepped up 100% and helped assist with the manufactures requests. Totally happy with the follow up service and help I received. He came back and said he would try to clean them again before he was willing to offer a refund. He took my rugs, I did not hear from him for 2 months. I had to contact him to find out if he was going to return my rugs. When he returned them they were no better, now 2 of them have brown spots and are ruined and the other still smell so strong I cannot have them in my house. I have $1100 worth of damaged rugs and was offered $100. He does not return messages or text. Lied to corporate saying I was told pert could leave brown spots, why would I have my rugs treated if I knew it would ruin them? Stay away, bad business!
