I texted the info then waited that next day. ALL DAY. It would have been nice for him to shoot a text or call, but, nothing. I figured, he'll probably come on the Sunday he was originally scheduled for, so again I waited for 4 HOURS for a no show and no call. I sent another text to him asking when he's coming, but of course, no reply. Later I noticed an email, not from him but the warranty company that assigned him, saying he was rescheduled for the next day. Choice Home Warranty has been pretty worthless in this experience too. So once again I sat waiting for 4 hours for nothing. I called twice and it went right to voicemail with no room in VM to leave messages. I called Choice to see if they had any contact with him. They came back and said he wasn't coming today either. This guy has absolutely no respect for customers and terrible communication skills. I really don't know how he stays in business. One star is way more than he deserves

Hello, Dalton Mackey arrived on time to diagnose the problem with my clothes dryer (on a Sunday…read moreafternoon, no less!). His phone call to give me an expected arrival time was a nice touch and was greatly appreciated. He was very thorough in diagnosing the issue and I am confident in his diagnosis (faulty sensor and broken heating element). Based on one negative review on Yelp, I was somewhat unsure of what to expect before he arrived but I am now convinced that he knows what he is doing. I would definitely use Dalton's services again.
