The day before they reached out if I would be interested in a day early install since the weather cleared up and I agreed. Jon sr tech arrived right ON TIME and thoroughly explained the process. Even better than "the other business" I've dealt with before. A new windshield was installed in 45 min. My inspection stickers were re-attached as well as my GoPro mount and mirror. Like the crack never was there. In addition, the replacement also had all the exact sun shading and design the factory installed had. I've received new replacements from elsewhere that were all full glass with no sharing or details from the factory installed one. Highly impressed and definitely approve their work for referral. Turns out with the new cars I would also need to go to my dealership to have my front cameras recalibrated. Talked to Anthony to set up an appointment. He was responsive and was able to meet me at the dealership at my convenience. This made it easy for me to handle the replacement and camera recalibration at the same time. I also needed the dealership to reapply my inspection stickers. Everything was handled in a few hours so I was happy it was easily taken care of in one shot. Antony Volk Glass also handled the insurance paperwork. Hopefully I won't need him again but if I do I would definitely use this company again.

At first, I thought I might have misplaced them, so I called the company the next day. They told me they had accidentally taken my keys and would return them. They didn't bring them back on Thursday, and when I called again on Friday, they said they were closing for the weekend and wouldn't be able to do anything until Monday. It is now after 5:00 PM on Monday, and my keys still haven't been returned. Unfortunately, I now have to contact the police. I'm beginning to question whether this is even a legitimate company.

They never made me feel dumb or like I was wasting their time. AND they did not charge to come out and fix my vehicle at my house because we were within their service area. They called me first thing the morning they came out to tell me they were on their way, and my mom - who was here to give them the keys - said they handled everything themselves and were kind.
