Found this cafe in search for the best empanadas Santiago has to offer. This cafe had won some…read moremedals in prior years, so gave it a whirl. As soon as you walk in there is a big refrigerator with items to buy and cook at home, cute little empanadas (you can pretend you made them and take them to someone's house) this cafe also offers lots of dessert, they all look so good my mouth was salivating but I refocused on what I came here for- the empanadas! Since you cannot see them when you are inside the shop, I thought they were the small ones so I doubled up my order. It wasn't till after when I sat outside I saw their "glass cabinets" with their empanadas on display, they are pretty big. Hands down the chicken one was my favorite! They are baked to baked to perfecto. Don't expect great customer service this is a grab and go, sit outside and enjoy.
