I was obviously upset, and had to ask if there would be some sort of discount or something for the incredible inconvenience, and I was told no, and ultimately given my shoes back. They would have rather me leave completely unsatisfied with their service than to demonstrate their apologies for such a big inconvenience to a customer. I am honestly very surprised this place gets by with such lazy and unorganized workers. I had high hopes but have been immensely disappointed unfortunately. Best to find someone more competent to repair your shoes.

My sandals didn't need extensive repairing, the leather strap had just separated and I didn't trust myself in glueing it back together. They did this job flawlessly and in a timely manner. I didn't want to throw them away so I thought that'd be a good way to encourage local businesses and keep this pair a bit longer. The guy was trying to upsell me which is Okay to me if that's worth it. He said the glue wouldn't be enough and he'd rather sew the sole after gluing it because it'll be stronger and look nice. Total was $30, $20 for the glue and $10 for sewing the soles... Problem is result is kind of crappy, doesn't look like quality work and I had to wash the glue he left all over my shoes...(see pic) Next time I'll skip the local business encouragement and by a new pair!

I just went it today to get a couple adjustments on my new leather bag. I needed to get few more…read moreholes made in the strap and add a small leather braid around the strap so it wouldn't flop around when I walk. The guy behind the counter (in retrospect I should have asked his name) was very helpful and made the adjustments in no time at all. I would recommend this place to anyone.
