Comments mentioned that the wait time was excessive, that Dr. Ocampo was rude, had a poor bedside manner, that they felt rushed during their appointment. I found this to be thoroughly inaccurate. The registration process was fast and efficient. Within 20 minutes, I had been processed, my insurance information had been collected, and I'd had an x-ray. Dr. Ocampo was very pleasant and attentive. I didn't feel rushed in the slightest. He seemed like he had no where else to be, but with me helping me with my issue.

A few weeks pass and no real relief. I had to go back to TOC. The pain was unbearable so I had to get fluid drained, twice. The local anesthetic was a minor poke. The harpoon used to drain fluid, that bad boy hurt. I can't imagine the pain without the local anesthetic. Two large tubes of fluid were removed, twice. I have gone 2 weeks in a row to get the fluid drained from my knee cap. Many thanks to Tom, Dr. Park's PA! I had an MRI. Dr. Parks told me I need a total knee replacement. I have the surgery scheduled late June. The schedule is full. The waiting room for people with knee problems is full all day. It doesn't matter if you have a morning or afternoon appointment. Thankfully Dr. Park's staff is efficient and they get patients in and out quickly. While I do not look forward to surgery, I know that surgery will allow me to get around better and improve quality of life. Many thanks to Dr. Park's and his staff. 5/5

I was hopeful that I would finally get relief from my excruciating shoulder pain. After a 2-3 minute visit I was given an injection in my shoulder and another appointment. I called a couple days later and told the nurse I felt no relief. I was told wait 10 days and call back if no improvement. I have called twice and had to leave a message both times. I never received a call back. So disappointed that I have been ignored. Hopefully I can get a referral for another Orthopedic doctor where I am given successful treatment, care and respect. Despite the great reviews by others, I Do Not Recommend Decatur Orthopedic Center.

Dr. Jack Moore has had my back since the first visit. When your whole life will be changed with surgery you have to have hope weighed against a less than optimal outcome. We live in a wondrous world where science and the human body can improve and lengthen your life span. After I had the second surgery I had sluggish nerves and so less than optimal results. I know some surgeon get a bad rap for not being a miracle workers. I know some would pawn you off to another practice. Through this very painful year Dr. Moore reassurance has buoyed me through to trust the science. He never told me to give up. He is still by side as I adjust to not being in pain from moving. I am stronger and I improve every day. Dr. Jack Moore and his staff are kind and supportive. Please if you have shoulder pain- go see Dr. Moore. I am so changed for the better.

Due to a fall injury, I went to Millar to seek relief from a sprained back. It turns out the…read morefacility is a poorly run, poorly laid out operation. Their is no personal service but rather a business plan that gets you in and out, in a confined room (+ 3 patients at a time) with no privacy. The equipment used is either useless or extreme. Injuries were not only ignored but more were actually incurred. At checkout, the charges were increased due to me having injuries I reported (bruised ribs). X-rays were ordered but were useless as to the reported pain, except for the Dr. to justify a dozen more "alignment " sessions unrelated to the reported issues. A rushed consultation was given but cut short due to overbooked sessions waiting. All appointments made were cancelled to avoid further injury. Go to a real chiropractor that listens and addresses the problem, not a facility who's only priority it to minimize time, pack in patients like cattle and overcharge for services. This type of operation is what gives Chiropractic services a bad name.
