It was so easy to schedule our visits and the check-in & out process each visit was great. We scheduled our first of many visits with Matt and after 12 visits in 6 weeks I can confidently say Edge PT is wonderful! Every therapist we interacted with was friendly, kind and genuinely cheerful. Their interactions with my son were positive and he really looked forward to going and being around the staff. They made my son feel comfortable and really pushed him to try harder, but were still compassionate in the process. They came up with creative and fun ways for my son to work on his feet and really paid attention to him. We have seen progress with my son's feet and are so grateful for the team at Edge Physical Therapy. Together we discussed a game plan. The facility is inviting, comfortable and easy to navigate. Bathrooms are clean. They offer a space to shower and a place to store personal items. We feel confident that Edge Physical Therapy will help us find a solution to our daughters ankle issues. By the end of the appointment several PT's worked with us. As a former patient, I find it necessary to warn patients about the "hidden agenda" of their office…read moremanager who seems so preoccupied with his own agenda that the patient gets lost in the shuffle. I made a good faith effort to have a real conversation with their office manager. It was IMPOSSIBLE. Everyone in the world has insurance today. But, he refused to accept my new insurance which is actually one of the top three nationally. He said, "Cash basis only!" When I asked him to put that in writing and/or email, he refused! That's not just a problem. That is a HUGE RED FLAG! IMHO. His "cash basis only" seems like a highly unlikely scenario in 2026! Then, you should also be aware of his inability to articulate in a clear & concise manner. He says the same thing repeatedly...four of five times each!!! For example, "We are no longer independent." (five times) "We are owned by Methodist hospital." (four times) Either he has dementia and repeats things over & over again or his English is so limited that he is unable to elaborate beyond a few key phrases. If you are expecting him to actually listen to you as the patient, your expectations are misplaced. He will continually speak over you...not to convey anything new...only to force you to listen to something that he has already said. REPEATEDLY! He enjoys the sound of his own voice so much that he fails to listen at all. Failure to listen to the patient proves that he has his own agenda. That lack of respect that he shows towards the patient's input is so unsettling that I have chosen to look for another physical therapy office in our area. That won't be too difficult. There seems to be one on every other corner. I suggest that you look elsewhere too.

A therapist for 40 years, there's not much that Marc hasn't seen. He was familiar with my procedure and knew how to treat me. He stretched, pulled and pushed on the shoulder in all of the typical ways to avoid inflicting pain (where possible), making notes on my current state. At each visit he'd review his notes, take new measurements and then tailor that day's session base on my progression before passing me off to the technicians who would implement his plan. If I need PT again, I'll certainly look up Marc.

The staff didn't listen to my fears never asked my anything about my life or the why just "how does that feel?" Poor bedside manner for a senior citizen just trying to get healthier. I have already reached out to my PCD for a new PT place.

I worked with her for nearly four months as my knee recovered and I was able to rebuild the strength needed to walk correctly. In short, I could not be happier with Averi and TS&R. Averi was able to articulate what was going on with my knee, my hip and my ankle. She prescribed me some exercises, answered my questions, and physically worked my leg with her hands until everything was in the right place and working properly. Besides her knowledge and experience, Averi was a pleasure to talk to, and was patient and understanding with me throughout the process. She never pressed me to work harder or lose weight. She did make suggestions for walking on crutches effectively and what exercises to do at the gym. I cannot recommend Averi and her team enough for anyone in need to physical therapy.
