They are disorganized and schedule appointments for patients without patients knowledge, then try to charge "no show" cost when patient doesn't show up. After finding out that I had surgery scheduled the PA FaceTime me and advised me that I no longer needed to return to any further visits. This company also fails to chart appropriately.
