After collecting all this info, they declined me for financial assistance. Regarding the actual services at the hospital, they were also quite poor. After my diagnosis, I has some questions and the doctor literally told me to "google it." If you ever are in excruciating pain, I guess just google your symptoms and save the $3000. I hope this place gets hit by a meteor.

Thankfully, Dr. Lindsay Lawrence, my primary therapist, along with Zac and Brenae, have helped me make more progress than I ever thought possible. They are knowledgeable, encouraging, and somehow manage to make painful exercises seem like a good idea. They celebrate every victory, no matter how small, push me when I need it, and always treat me with kindness, patience, and respect. The staff here is amazing, but I still have one lingering suspicion. After months of therapy, I am almost convinced that if you peeled off their skin, they would turn out to be lizard people sent from another planet with advanced healing technology disguised as resistance bands and exercise equipment. Despite my best investigative efforts, they continue to appear as genuinely caring professionals who are exceptionally good at what they do. If you're recovering from an injury and need a team that knows how to help you heal while keeping your spirits up, I highly recommend them. Just don't mention the lizard people theory--they get strangely quiet whenever it's brought up. In all seriousness, I cannot say enough about their concern, compassion, and professionalism. I am still working through my recovery, but for the first time since my injury, I can truly see a path to a full recovery. He really listens and changes up his approach to do what's best for me and my recovery. I would like to deduct half a star for the state of the location. The foot straps on the ONE exercise bike they have are broken so it is hard to keep your feet on the pedals which isn't great when you're trying hard to cycle & get a full revolution and your feet keep slipping off and they have very little exercise equipment. There is a hole in the wall and peeling paint...Just a general look of neglect by the corporate office. I can't fault the people that work there for that. It's all about the people and they make the place great. The ladies at the front desk are also very welcoming and helpful.

Pushed me when he knew I needed it. A complete knee replacement I had. Axes was a new PT place for me, recommend by my Bone doctors. Everyone here from the front desk ladies to the clerks who helped with the therapy. A small business with a wonderful group of knowledgeable people. I plan to use them again when I have my next knee surgery.

This was an eye opener as far as I am concerned. I had little work-out experience here with the little equipment in the little area that they have. Office- The big question was about my health insurance. I am not sure about the ability to get better so I am not sure if I want to sign up for more visits. Definitely- I would suggest you check the place out, but I would suggest you figure out if you need to give your commitment.

A couple health issues have weighed on me this year, and, without getting into all the details,…read moreI'll label one a "pinched nerve." After two imaging visits, my doctor said the next stop was physical therapy. I ended up at this facility based on a combination of location, good reviews, and the recommendations of friends. My imaging results seemed complicated, and PT was a new experience for me, but the staff quickly set me at ease. Ellen was my primary PT (Abby covered for her a few times). An initial consultation led to a therapy plan, later modified along the way based upon my feedback. I was given exercises for home, and an app that provided videos of the exercises. So my two therapy sessions per week were supported by 20-30 minutes of home exercises 12-13x per week. For a long time, the going was slow, and I wasn't sure I really was making progress. But Ellen kept me focused on each step, with a balance of correction and kindness that worked for me. My symptoms continue to subside a little bit more each week. Thanks, SSM-PT, for your good care on the journey toward healing.
