They came to a satisfactory payout result. Then they removed and replace the entire roof in less than one day. The payment checks came directly to me and Bulava Builders did not seek any payment until materials were delivered to the job site and the job started. It was then they asked for a 50% deposit and the remaining 50% when the job is completed. I could not be more satisfied and I highly recommend them to anyone who has similar issues.
