They send me an email to fill out my paperwork before my appt. When I try to reply to email, it say auto email only unable to reply. 3 days later I finally get in touch with scheduler, tell her about how I could not reply to email or text, she tells me not her problem she did not design the process. Great attitude. After several days of no contact, I found another place. Don't waste your time, if they are this uncaring and unprofessional about just scheduling, their treatment is probably just as bad or worse. Good reddens, to bad I wasted all this time for nothing.

I could tell after my first session, that she was doing what I needed! Kathy is vey knowledgeable in her job and knows exactly what to do! She is very kind, and concerned about her patients! If you don't want to read all of this review (since it might end up a bit long), the TLDR version is that they did a fantastic job of fixing my issue and they did so with minimal info. All of the staff also were very nice throughout. When my doctor initially recommended physical therapy, I was a little pessimistic on its chances of fixing the issue. That was in large part because describing the issue wasn't the easiest thing in the world. My back felt fine 90% of the time, but stand up for longer than 10-20 minutes and all of a sudden I was hunched over in pain. There was no clear cause of it either. Basically, I knew I wasn't going to be able to give a therapist a lot of info to go off of and I knew that could mean they wouldn't be able to hone in on the issue. However, I'm happy to say that Brandon and Howard managed to take the gibberish description I gave them and devise a treatment plan that actually fixed the issue entirely. For reference, this was a back problem I had been experiencing since early March. (2-3 months.) No amount of muscle relaxers, anti inflammatory meds, heat pad sessions, or stretching seemed to do anything for it either. PT did the trick though. It is great to be past it finally, especially since surgery was in the conversation. For anyone trying to decide on a place to go, I definitely recommend this place. The staff are courteous, knowledgeable, and care about getting your issue fixed. I've been in places after surgery where you felt like the therapist was doing his/her best to get you out the door. GTC was essentially the opposite of that for me. Their focus was on getting me back to normal, not on who their next patient would be.
