He moved a heavy queen bed frame from one bedroom to another. He took a broken flat screen tv down off a shelf and hauled it, along with other a pile of other miscellaneous odds and ends, to the trash dump. Steve has a good attitude, and is probably the first ever "handyman" to leave me an invoice! Steve is not your "everyday" handyman. I am proud to leave him his first review! Anytime we need someone to help us do things we can no longer do, we will definitely call Steve Owenby. I highly recommend him to you. Came back to town in January. Steve changed door knobs, kitchen cabinet/drawer pulls, painted & moved heavy items for me. I can't thank him enough for doing things I no longer do. He's trustworthy!

Three weeks later her buying more material ,the project ended up costing me over $ 7000.00. She and her group worked less than five hours a day . One of her crew brought a pit bull to my home work site, as it harassed my neighbor dogs for three days I needed to get the job done. Oh , after they replace a piece of plywood on my roof, it rained and leaked in my bathroom causing a large stain on my ceiling. After she finished the job I was left with many, many materials they did not use (I paid for) laying around my property . NOT professional whatsoever. I highly recommend that you stay away from Anna's do it all. In reference to the roof keakedge , they did not take responsibility for it. Totally disgraceful involvement and would never, ever hire her to do any type of work at all. A fly by night operation I am so sorry I tried to help her start up business.

I asked for an estimate for some work on our home. I provided Tuan Anh the address, directions,…read moreaccess codes, etc.. He mentioned he would stop over to check it out, then provide an estimate. The next morning he provided me an estimate without ever making the agreed upon visit to the home to review the work that needed to be done. I only found he did not visit the home because of a specific question I asked that could have been easily answered had he made the visit as promised. It wasn't until then that he admitted he did not visit the home. His "estimate" was also considerably more expensive than others that made the visit as promised. Most likely because Tuan Anh's estimate was made without any effort. Not an honest way to conduct business.
