I have been a loyal subscriber to the AJC for over 45 years. In this time of print publications going out of business, you would think that mattered. But this week is showing me just how little value my loyalty means. We did not get our paper Sunday or Monday. On Tuesday, the previous missed papers were delivered (without the Sunday funnies!!), but no Tuesday edition. No paper on Wednesday (the grocery ads!) or again today, Thursday. I have called 3 times each day and each customer service person was, rightly so, horrified at my story and assured me it was being sent "up the chain" to route manager and distribution manager. STILL NO PAPER!!! I can only surmise these folks don't care either. No phone call, no apologies and NO PAPER!! Gonna cancel and subscribe to the Gwinnett paper. Let's see if they appreciate my business, 'cause the AJC sure doesn't. read more

AJC HAS THE WORST DELIVERY SERVICE EVER! I don't get my paper most days. I have called and emailed. They always say they are going to "escalate" my complaint and then nothing ever happens. Is that any way to run a business? They are horrible. read more

One of the worst newspaper delivery systems ever. Not sure if my paper comes out of this facility or not, but if you're looking to get an AJC subscription, good luck because more times than not you will be calling to report a miss delivery. read more
